Amazing atmosphere! Truly a team at this gym, from staff to fellow members. One of the few gyms I've ever been to that I didn't have to go thru the awkward "I'm the new girl" phase. Highly recommend!

THE BEST GYM IN WPB!!! I rarely leave reviews but I can not express how great this gym is. From the staff, equipment and the owner, everything is great. I was attending Rock during my prep for my first fitness competition and everyone there was so supportive. I even workout there during my pregnancy...The owner making sure I was taking it easy lol. Due to COVID and adjusting to motherhood, I have put ROCK on hold but I plan on returning very soon! This gym was like a second home and I'm grateful there is a place like this in Palm Beach! Can't wait to get back.

Great atmosphere and gym is very clean. The general manager Wendy does a great Job interacting with Members and brings great value to this place. Customer service is well with all the staff. If you’re looking for a gym with the most modern equipment and sauna, etc keep looking, BUT if you’re looking for a place where the employees care about the gym, and the trainers care about their clients, then THIS IS THE PLACE for you! When you have people like Cam working the front desk who, as soon as I mentioned one of the machines was kind of loose, immediately ran to getting a tool set to tighten it down. Or trainers like James or Kevin, who bring positive energy offering good advice or a spot for a heavy lift, not because it’s attached to selling you something but rather just because you needed it. If you’re a GYM RAT like me and lift everyday give this place a try. The equipment is reminiscent of powerhouse having many similar hammer strength machines. Old but very functional, and more than enough for a good workout. If you do come in wait for when the manager Wendy is there, he’s good at when he does and definitely got me a hook up!

I have been training for over 20 years, I am from Florida and have used almost every local gym in Palm Beach County. With that being said if you are looking for a great gym, with a great atmosphere ROCK FITNESS is the place. Great equipment and the owner has great staff on board, very professional and respectful. Jason the owner doesn’t know me personally but he knows allot of my training friends and they all speak highly of him, this is how I found out about this gym. Me and my wife are very happy here, if you try this gym you will be hooked I promise‼️‼️‼️

I have been working out in this gym for about two years and I have no complaints or regrets so far. The staff is very respectful and nice. The members are very considerate and we all together keep the gym organized and clean mostly at all times. The equipment is in very good conditions and it has what we need to have a great workout, I wish I could go more often but my job requires a lot of my time, but when I have the chance to go, I know that it will be a great workout in a safe, friendly, and clean environment! I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience... warm welcome from the staff and definitely gonna be a regular. Forgot to mention wendy was the main man, great customer service and he shows a lot of support towards customers. People like wendy makes using a public gym much easier..

I was debating on giving this review. But, I came to the conclusion that it was important. We are a Law Firm and were referred by a highly professional and good friend. I tried to set up an appointment with the owner to discuss the possibility of doing business. But I was redirected to a customer service rep who not only had very poor language etiquette, but had no interest in the fact that I was a referral. Sometimes it is all about building long lasting business relationships.

Wendy and David made it feel like I’ve been going for years on my first day. Great service and has everything you need/want. Happy to call Rock Fitness my home gym.
