Unbelievably difficult to cancel my membership. I moved and its now a super long drive to get to this site. Every time I attempt to cancel in person, the manager isn't there. They wont accept over the phone cancelation. Ridiculous.

Cancelling a membership here is harder then buying a new house. Got sent over from Taylor because “they didn’t transfer the home gym” then I’m left with no manager or anyone in charge to help me cancel my membership. Absolute joke of a franchise gym.

Always over crowded and been trying to cancel for a half a year now and when we do go in no one is there for us to cancel. False advertising cancel anytime for sure and still being charged at a gym we don’t even go to. Haven’t renewed and still being charged. Not happy at all with them.

Canceled my membership because the classes after 5pm take up half the gym so you can't even get a decent workout in. When I tried to get a weight to use the instructor yelled at me to leave the blocked off area. I asked the manager if he could grab it for me since the lady yelled at me. I kid you not, this man rolled his eyes, walked over and handed me the weight and said, "that wasn't hard." Also, the amount of high school kids in this place is insane. While working out, I have had kids come up to me saying they placed bets to see if they could get my number? The amount of men that have interrupted my workout in general to get my name is insane. I left Planet Fitness just because I started to take my fitness journey seriously. Biggest mistake of my life. I have never experienced anything like this since I stopped going. (Front desk staff overall friendly though, management is not.)

New member very nice environment to workout in peacefully the staff and other members are very respectful nice clean facility and equipment and big compared to the Dearborn location I just tried out today also I go early mornings but from what I’ve seen never really too crowded

Equipment stays broken for weeks. I understand some delay, but other gyms make repairs much sooner.

Gym is terrible they have no manager anytime I call or come in to cancel my membership. they’re just coincidentally out or away. They also harass you with strange emails and phone calls. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
