Went to take my brother to basket ball camp and the two people at front desk were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful acting as if my simple questions like where the basketball court is were directed to front desk lady. Disappointed

i have no idea what kind of gym this is but i would never recommend it to anyone this gym is a SCAM i cancelled my membership and i paid the cancellation fee and they still charged me for 2 months for membership when i called they told me …

Very bad experience. The worst i have ever had. People over there are rude and weird, there was a fight in the gym and I called over the and they didn’t do anything. I never recommend this gym to anyone under any circumstances.

I only go there because it is the bearest to my house the front desk people are extremely rude thinking we are sneaking in not polite at all , this is not acceptable , many times female section no soap , no showers 😞😞😞Oh would you please as long as you have ladies only section ,put Shattafeh in ladies restrooms . It only cost 15 $ and my teenager son can assemble it , So it is easy to assemble and affordable .Thank you

No supervisor willing to say anything to the unaccompanied minors running around the gym at 10 pm at night.

Extremely rude staff, especially the lady at the front desk. She claimed that I was faking my id even though i had clarified my date of birth. The few times that I was let in, they had dirty locker rooms and the machines were not clean in the women only section.

They didn’t respect the kids and treat them like trash

They wouldn’t let us in even with a membership and the employee was very passive aggressive and rude. Also I’ve seen many workers let in friends of theirs without memberships. Lastly they’ve never cleaned their courts or gyms, I constantly slip over the dust on the courts. I almost forgot to include the fact that they have guest passes on their website and when we asked to use a guest pass they said they don’t do them!Both the member and guest were above the age of 18 and we were still refused.a guest pass. Also when we purchased the membership we were never told that there would be an age limit to the guest pass, and many employees have told us that don’t do guest passes even though we were told the membership comes with guest passes.

filthy women’s section and has the rudest staff ever. They don’t take concerns about racism seriously, instead they gaslight and invalidate their black members rather than taking accountability and apologizing. They’re overpriced and unprofessional, go to another gym. If you’re looking for a professional women’s only gym try powerhouse or athletica. don’t give this place your money, they won’t respect you
