Previously reviewed. Updated Jan 3rd 2023 -Dirty. Men's locker room is always gross. Lockers look like people been spraying them with their pre work drinks, sauna window looks like sweats been flung against it for the last 6 months. I'm a frequent visitor. At least 4 days a week. It progressively gotten worse. No shortage of employees walking around. Seem like the cleaning being done is solely for show. Do better! 2 stars down from my last post of 3

This gym has undergone different management since I started. I became a member in 2021 of December and I wish I could remember the guys name but at any rate…when I signed on he told me that no matter what “promotion” the gym was having due to the time I signed on I would never have to pay more that 25.00 for my gym membership….well, he was fired apparently and now I am paying 30 something almost 40 dollars for the membership ok? First issue. Then I sign on for PT which I figured would help me reach my goals a lot faster. The first trainer I was set up with was TERRIBLE with communication. He would switch my days at last minute notice and when we trained he never had any workouts that catered to what I was looking for. Spoke with Kyle who is the PT manager and he switched me with Tyti. Now as far as PT goes, Tyti is phenomenal. Honestly no issues with training. But, she is not the best with consistency. She has told me that since we missed a day we would make it up the following week and when the week comes…she tells me that that was a mistake and we are only training for 2 days. This has been ongoing since I switched trainers. At this point, I am just really fed up with the new team. When you need to speak to the managers for some reason they are either not in or always busy… the customer service could use a TON of work. Not the gym that it was when I signed on. Today will be my last day with Crunch as I have been overcharged and rescheduled a bunch of times with little to no follow through.

The worst layout of a crunch gym I’ve ever been to I do not enjoy working out here at all they also don’t have as much equipment as other locations. The facility Is also pretty dirty

Just an underwhelming gym. Nothing stands out. Little to no staff presence. What morning staff they have are very polite and friendly. There's plenty of gyms nearby. Check those places first.

These 2 happy Asian guys are all you need to see to know how goaded this gym is.Fun story: I thought this girl kept looking at me so I asked her out at the gym and got woefully rejected 😭 I attribute this L to the fact that the homie working to the front desk is just too good looking and sucks up adjacent swag from other guys at the gym

Been a member for almost 5 years, and I can't think of a single complaint against this establishment. Staff and gym-goers are all super friendly and respectful, and the facility is always well maintained.

Started back again a few weeks back from 2019/2020. Must say the front door vibe is more welcoming than I recall from prior. Lukasz is always smiling and eager to help. Andre is helpful, patient and persuasive.Happy I decided to come back.

FISH KILLERS!Never have I been inside, nor do I want to. They share a wall with Petco (which is their only inside wall) and all the fish tanks are lined along that wall. Well whenever the sub woofers are turned up too high, Crunch Fitness is murdering the fish! They can be very sensitive to the sound and vibration.I have talked with Petco team members and they have repeatedly asked the gym to turn the subwoofers down or move them off that wall and they simply don't care.Move the sub woofers or turn them down. Petco has been there far longer and does not have the option to move the tanks to another wall due to sensitivity to temperature changes against an outside wall.

I’ve been going to this gym probably about 4 years now. I mainly workout at a private gym owned by my best friend and her husband but go to crunch for tanning. Never really had any issues, until today. I understand the whole eye wear for tanning needed and I always have mine, either the stick on ones or my personal ones. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just walk back to my car to get the 50 cents needed for the eye wear and why they needed my new bank card information. Crunch charges me monthly already through my bank account so why can’t I just purchase the eye wear with cash? It seems unnecessary and kind of uncomfortable at how easy someone can steal your debit card information, when you already charge your members the monthly fee from their banking. So I just don’t understand as to why the eye wear for tanning can’t just be put unto my account bill?plus , the manager “Katie” was very little help at explaining why someone else was able to just put it on my charge for next month and she couldn’t? She made sure to tell me she was the manager or assistant like that’s supposed to mean anything, I’m a nurse and work 12-14 hours a day and you don’t see me having low patience when all I did was ask a question. Seems like there is new people who work here every month 🙄
