Things can be improved, especially the weights and attachments for pull machines. I’m hoping they are updated soon. It’s what would really make a difference.

Probably my go to location in the Wayne - Westland area. Staff is great and keep it clean. Machines are spaced out a bit more than some other locations too.

Canceled my account years ago. Recently signed up at a different location closer to my house and upon my second day to the gym Iam stopped and told I owe about 50 dollars. Apparently a few years ago when I canceled my account it was done incorrectly and I was still being charged. After a few months of charges it was sent to collections. Never got any emails, mail notifications or phone calls about money I owed they just kept charging me. SCAMMERS!!!. Make sure you get a signed letter stating your account has been canceled don’t fall for a nod and a promise of an email later. You will pay for it, at least 5 months of charges.Thanks for the reply. If you were as tenacious to protect your reputation as you were to honest business practices, you would have a perfect rating. Unfortunately, reaching out has gotten me nowhere but disappointment that’s why I have left this review to warn everybody about Planet fitness shady business practices. It is possible to make money and still have integrity.

Please be advised, go to another Planet Fitness. The staff and management are STILL unprofessional at this specific location. It has so much potential but they never hire the right management to run the building. Garden City, Redford, Livonia, Canton, and Novi are better locations. Good luck folks!

Staff is rude and incompetent. Manager Christy is hardly ever there and when she does show up, doesn’t solve member problems reasonably. You get what you pay for.
