I usually come in the evenings after work. They have all the basic equipment you need for a good workout. A lot of space for stretching. Generally not too crowded and very clean. Most people and staff are polite. Surprised to find a world class runner training here. Staff seem nice. Place is clean.

The facility was very quiet and had a slow feeling environment. This is good for others to have an area without the push of energy to perform but personally I prefer a more intense atmosphere to make me push myself for workouts. If purple or bright yellow hurts your eyes this is not the facility for you. Getting the 1 day free pass was FAR more annoying than I care for so I cant really recommend that. Staff was kind.

I've been to 5 different PF locations in CO and this location doesn't get the credit it deserves. The staff welcome you by first name, are always personable, upbeat and make you feel like your buisness is appreciated. Most locations I've been to you almost feel like a burden or an annoyance when you arrive or need to use the ammentities. There are a couple of the locations that are larger & have newer equipment but I still choose this one hands down due to the customer service level. It is mirrored even through the newer staff & the care for customer satisfaction shows.

I really enjoy this place and all the perks. But you guys really need to explain how to use the hydromassage better. Everyone at the desk tells me there's no code and that it will automatically start, but the machine says otherwise. Ended up walking out because they wouldn't explain. Most of the staff are way more helpful than that.

Everytime I step into this gym I feel welcomed and ready to take care of business. The staff are amazing, personable and helpful. They keep the gym clean and maintain an environment that facilitates the growth that I'm looking for.The spa area is superior to other gyms. Everything is clean and monitored often. The total environment is beyond words but it's the staff that have made me call this gym my home gym. Darrell runs a great ship and the staff follow lead. If you are looking for a gym this place will end your search.The equipment is great and there is plenty of room to get in an optimal work out. A newer location, clean, not too busy, friendly staff. Dunkin’ Donuts across the lot has coffee and avocado toast. Beware the Baskin Robbins next door.

This gym seems brand new, clean and chock full of equipment. I like that I can see how full it is, on the app, before going. There has never been more than 12 people there.

They have continued to charge my account after multiple attempts to cancel it. It's crazy during a pandemic and economic downturn that a gym continued to take hunderdeds of dollars from my account after I have cancelled. Needless to say I have to pay $50 for stop payment just to stop them from taking my money. They are fraudsters here and will take your money after you have cancelled.

Great place to run in for a quick workout.Plenty if machines so you can find something to do if you are waiting for one to open up. Friendly staff. Very clean facility.

Tired of walking into this place anytime between 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. there's nobody at the counter and I like to tan and do the black card membership stuff but I can't do it late at night because there's never anybody at the counters. I don't like going during the day when everybody is there I like to go when there's fewer people around y'all need to start keeping people up at the front desk at all hours. I can go in there at like 7 p.m. and there's three or four people just standing around doing nothing. All customers matter whether we come in there at 7 a.m. or if we come in there at 11:30 p.m. there needs to be somebody at the counter or something that notifies the person that is there that there is somebody at the counter or make it to where the tanning in the Black Card stuff we can do by ourselves
