Wow. Been a member for exactly one year. Called to cancel because I apparently couldn’t online. They informed me that I had to come in to cancel and fill out form…??? Went in next day they could not cancel my membership because I was a guest..?? Very confusing as I have been charged for one year? Who’s membership am I paying for or where is my money going?? And why can I not cancel?? I was told I was not being charged and they refused to cancel membership until I bring in bank statements proving I was being charged… Wow. If I wasn’t being charged, I would definitely not waste my time coming in to cancel. Btw. Canceling membership because of mask mandate and Covid-19 scares..

My favorite part about this location is that even in a Friday at noon it’s never over crowded! Clean equipment, friendly staff and large bathrooms with locker storage. Just don’t forget your own lock!

While the gym was clean the employees were very pleasant and nice I will not give my checking account for auto draft to anyone ever and neither should anyone else and here's why you cannot shut it off the only person that can terminate the agreement between the bank and planet fitness is planet fitness they can draft as many times as they want anytime they want if you read the disclaimer I will not ever do this and neither should you because it's easier for them to take your money than for you to get it back only do business with people that will draft auto pay from a credit card that is your safety net

Never been, I work right next door always hoping a trainer stops in lol. But it seems to have a great flow of pretty people all about their work out! Great location!

I visited here 3x on my trip to CO. It was the cleanest, most spacious PF I have ever been to. One day the water fountain was broken and the staff gave me a water from the cooler. Water was hot in the shower, there were plenty of trash pails, and everyone was wearing a mask. I would definitely recommend this PF.

Wow! We moved away (far away) and called to cancel our membership. We called in to cancel, and they said we had to come in. I explained that we couldn't, and they said we could send a letter in the mail to cancel. We did, and didn't think anything of it. Months later, I realized our bank account was still being charged.I called again, and was told still that I only had the two options to cancel (in person or by mail). I explained how crazy that seems in 2022, and that it's very inconvenient for their customers. The assistant manager's response: "our business is doing fine, and we don't need yours". Wow! Won't be finding a new Planet Fitness in our area!!It reminded me of that Friends episode... "I want to quit the gym!"What a joke! Archaic policies that take advantage of customers to make it hard (impossible in our case) to cancel.There are better gyms and companies with more integrity. Go anywhere else!

This has been my home gym for the past few years and I've been very happy here. Over the past week, I got 'stuck' on the best use of the weights in the 30 minute circuit. "Darrell" was at the front desk and when I asked his advice went really out of his way to show me what I was doing wrong. That 10 minute conversation put me on a whole new path. You can't beat this location or staff, I very much recommend.

If I could give a zero rating for misinformation I would, but this is not an option. I went to the club on September 10th to check out the recovery section of the club with my daughter. I was advised which membership would cover what, and we were mostly interested in the red light therapy bed. It all sounded great all the way till they got their payment. After I signed up I was informed that the guest pass can only be used to work out and get on the massage chair. And the red light therapy can't be used for anyone under the age of 18. Tried to cancel membership literally after less then 10 min and I couldn't. Called manager which was absolutely useless. I will go to the club today cancel my membership and pay for a month for a membership that I will not use. Then I will watch my bank account to make sure they don't charge more money for something I i will not be using anyways. So make sure you ask a lot of questions when you sign up and maybe even have this in writting before you put your bank informations down.

The management here is trash.. the only reason we come here now is for convenience. After poor customer service from Darrell the "gym manager" we will discontinue coming here. Not willing to help or be friendly at all. All he was worried about was getting back to his workout. I literally was 45 minutes out of a tanning period due to tanning a night prior, and he wouldn't accommodate at all. Very condescending and rude. If you want quality service don't ask for a manager or anyone for that fact because customer service fails at this location. Might even take my family of 3 to VASA due to POOR service. Everyone here hates their job probably due to management!

I was going here for three years. Gym and staff were nice, I was originally planning on only trying 24 hour fitness but after this whole experience I will never pay to go to a Planet Fitness again. I went to cancel my membership two days before their annual $39.99 fee. In their terms of service you must cancel your account two weeks before this fee occurs or else you get charged. NEVER give this company your direct payment information (really any company)! I went in twice to see if they could make an exception but I was told there was nothing they could do. In legal agreements I'm in the wrong but as a customer this seems like a really shady thing to put in your agreement in buried with all the other junk. I'm very disappointed in the customer service I was given. You need to come in physically or mail a letter to cancel your membership, this is ridiculous given that the internet is a thing. The company obviously knows this but instead it prioritizes creating barriers for it's customers, rather than enhancing their experience.For any one interested in signing up I would not trust this company with you financial details. The equipment and staff is nice but if they play games with payments you're better off going to a different gym and saving the time and money it's costs you to cancel your membership.
