love going here because we love to shower here and use their bathrooms when traveling through co!!! we had been camping and needed a place to rinse off and clean ourselves and this was the perfect place for all of that and more. my bf has access to the spa part and gets free massages too when we go there. its an all in one package! i get what i want and so does he. and we leave happy and clean! will return when back in the area!

Really happy with this location. I did a 30 minute cardio session with Kevin Smith and he was great. He pushed and encouraged me, but respected my limitations at the same time. He also made sure I was doing everything correctly so I wouldn't hurt myself. Love that. Super friendly guy who gave me an awesome workout! Thanks again Kevin! The facility was very clean and the staff welcoming and friendly.

A little nervous to post because this gym is always clean, never over crowded and the staff is super nice everytime I go... I'm nervous because I don't want more people going! But you should, it's awesome.

Their cancellation procedure is ridiculous, and they automatically renew your contract without Notification. This has cost me hundreds of dollars and they could care less. To have a 4.1 Stars with this many negative reviews makes me wonder if this rating system is not flawed or if the employee's are making some of the great reviews themselves.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels like this but the hole having to wait a full 24 hrs to tan again is not cool. it's not a state law. Like at the beach they let you tan once a day no matter if you tan at 10 at night and you go again at 8 am the next day they let you tan. Tanning beds booths are dirty. I think they need to do like a two min warm up before you tan. I mean they only give you 9 min max time and if the beds have not ben used for hours it takes time for them to warm up witch takes time out of tanning. I have not Ben able to work out yet dew to an injury. but wow lots of stuff to use. It is really a great deal and so so convenient. The hole open 24 hrs thing rocks. I would recommend planet fitness to any one!!!!!!!

I want to be clear that this review is about shady business tactics, not about the facility - the facility is clean, has what you need to work out, and the employees are friendly. I started my membership while the $1 start fee for the upper tier membership was going on and was assured by the representative, Eric, that downgrading was super easy and took no time at all. What he didn't tell me was that when I downgraded I would get charged an additional startup fee (which doesn't make sense considering I'm already a member) AND they would change my membership fee timing, so all in all I'm going to end up paying $78 to Planet Fitness this month ($39 upper tier membership + $29 new startup fee + $10 monthly fee)! Rather than providing members with a good value they really use sneaky tactics to pump extra money out of you. For a place that has all these "atypical gym ideals", this one certainly lines up with every other shady gym business tactic.

My experience at this location has been great. I really appreciate Eric, he is the first person on staff that I got to know. He provides great customer service and always greets me when I walk in. He has made my experience even more better by explaining the gym resources. Today I used the hydromassage chair for the first time. Thanks Eric!

I honestly love this particular location more than every other location I've been to so far, for the simple fact that their gym is pretty big! I'm never really in anyone's way and no one is ever really in my way when I work out here, have a lot of people come here to work out. You will see people all shapes and sizes coming here has the environment is very friendly and welcoming. Considering all of this I give them a five star! None of the machines are ever really dirty or broken either, which is very convenient! They have tons of TVs with a lot of different stuff on just in case you want to distract your mind while you work out and the staff is always been friendly to me in all circumstances and situations.

This gym is very clean. Staff is nice and friendly. Premium membership is a steal. This location has just about everything you need to change your body. It would be 5 stars if there were free weight squat racks, a row machine, and free weight bench press area. If you can live without those pieces of equipment than this gym is perfect. Even when the gym is very busy i still manage to get the workout i set out to do. I would recommend this gym to anything debating getting membership here.

The manager Lauren at this location is so unprofessional and rude it was unbelievable!!My daughter and I went in to sign up and she was chomping her gum in our face during her very unprofessional explanation of the gym, etc, which she was unable to answer our questions without being extremely rude. She also didn't fully disclose the rules and fees. We could only stand her attitude for about 10 min before wanting to leave. When I asked several times who the general manager was she told me she "didn't have that information". You would think as a manager she would know...It's unfortunate because we were literally going to sign up 3 people with no need for a sales pitch as we were all ready to join until we spoke to her.I like Planet Fitness but I have to question what that gym would be like with someone like that running itUPDATE: The General Manager Tyler reached out to me and was extremely helpful. Tyler handled the problem very professionally and gave us several options to make up for the bad experience. He was very understanding and took the time to check back with me even after our initial conversation.I would now definitely recommend this location based on the customer service I received from Tyler and his persistence in rectifying the situation. It's a beautiful new club and the rest of the staff was friendly as well.
