Had one of the most amazing customer experiences ever when my girlfriend and I were there for our first time. It was a gentleman who was there by himself, he was new but he had terrific customer service skills and made our experience very memorable. I love all the awesome features of having the membership like the tanning bed and hydro massagers.

Clean environment, open floor plan, tanning, hydro massage, total body enhancement and showers offered. Free personal trainer with membership, lots of windows for lots of natural light. Close to shopping centers and open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The staff is friendly and greet you as you come in and leave. Plenty of spray bottles and paper towels to wipe down equipment. Bathrooms are clean as well.

I haven’t worked out ever in my life really lol and this place feels welcoming. Clean and so much room for everyone, I especially love the massage chairs :)

Just started going again and I'll be honest even with wearing a mask I kinda like it better. It's nice knowing you have your own space to workout in and they always had good cleaning policies even before corona.

They actually listened to my past review and replaced the broken paper towel dispenser in the men’s room. They also used my suggestion to add additional rope handles (for triceps push downs and other exercises).Awesome job PF!

I have been a member for a month now and I am very impressed with how they have handled COVID. Beyond that, I love going to a gym where I do not have to wait to use weight equipment and I can have an efficient workout. No BS with this location. Highly recommend.

Update: They replaced the broken paper towel dispenser and added *3* more rope grips. Great job!Original Review:The touch-less paper towel dispenser in the men’s room hasn’t worked consistently in months. The male Planet Fitness staff must know about this issue if they wash their hands in the men’s room, but for unknown reasons they don’t want to fix or replace it. Also, it’d be great to have more than one tricep push down attachment for the cables considering this is one of the most used pieces of equipment in the “weight room” area. 5 stars when (if) these two very obvious concerns are addressed.Edit: subtracting a star. Planet fitness responded, but the paper towel dispenser in the men’s room still does not work.

Usually use the PF belleview, but was in the neighborhood and decided to check this one out. Typical PF but did notice a lot of the machines do seem to be on the older side. Crowded, but didn't have to wait to use any machines. Could be just being more familiar, but I find the staff at my regular PF to be much friendlier in general

In my teens and twenties when I was a meathead, this place would not have been acceptable for me due to no barbells for real lifting. I'm too old now so this facility is fine. The massage and tanning beds certainly make up the difference. Markus is very helpful, and Jackie (sp?) is kind a patient. Well done.
