I have never had a problem with the staff here and they have all been friendly with the exception of the lady at the desk Kendra. Not only was she extremely rude to me coming in, she was very unprofessional and overwhelmingly rude to customers before me when they were attempting to make a payment. Really considering not returning on account of Kendra’s behavior.

Staff are nice but inconsistently enforce mask rules. Members are often wearing masks around their mouth only; sometimes they take the masks off entirely as they "catch their breath". I even saw the staff member last night chatting with her co-worker at the front counter with her mask around her neck while she ate. She pulled it up when we passed, but it is emblematic of their approach to mask wearing and enforcement. Not safe for people who are vulnerable.Update: Increasing review from 3 to 4 stars. The manager called me and talked about the efforts they were making to enforce mask wearing. To be fair, they are in a hard position, especially when people understand the rules yet flout them as soon as the staff person's back is turned. I returned once since our chat, and everyone was wearing a mask. Fingers crossed, this continues!

Buyer beware! This location ended up taking several months of payments from my bank account even after I requested my membership be canceled. After seeing the charges on my account, and bringing it up with the manager I was told that there was nothing they could do because the old manager (high turnover) never made a note on my file about my request to cancel. Pretty convenient for them.

Really appreciate how clean the club is. All the equipment is well maintained. Also appreciate there are two of each kind of weight machine, so you really never have to wait. I love Planet Fitness!

Convenient, clean, Staff are responsive and courteous. The club is responding well during this crisis with wide range of time available and no limitations on how long you stay. All equipment is in good working order and spaced to adhere to distancing issues. Stay active consistently is key and Planet Fitness partners well with that goal.

I don't know why more people don't join here! The best $10 I spend every month - plenty of room and machines to use. Always clean, and the front desk staff is really friendly. A great gym for regular people trying to get in a good, full workout.

Great gym for the low monthly fee. At this time, it never gets too crowded and the equipment is adequately distanced. For the most part, people are great about wearing their masks properly and wiping down the equipment after use. Staff are constantly cleaning too.

Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive staff. Very clean facility practicing and enforcing social distancing guidelines. I had a medical emergency while there and the staff was quick to respond, understanding, non-judgmental and accommodating. When I returned to use their facilities again, they were caring and helpful and asked how I was recovering. The manager is amazing and went above and beyond for me. I couldn't be happier!

This was my first time coming to this gym. And it was crowded and the showers were dirty. There was no disinfectant spray to spray down the shower walls and curtains. The staffs were friendly and nice. But they all stayed at the front desk and once in a while one of the staffs spots cleans. All in all this was a dirty gym.

This is a great Gym. Its very clean, staff is very friendly. It really does not get too crowded, except for the after work crowd. But what gym isn't.Great amenities of Black Card holders.They staff are extremely diligent about cleaning and making sure members are following the mouse requirements. in fact, a lot of the members are very diligent about cleaning up after themselves as well. Knock on wood I hope this gym can remain open for as long possible
