Very, very clean, friendly staff and a nice locker room. This is generally a great place! I also think they do an extremely good job of making the vibe very comfortable and not too ‘bro’ like. The black card perks are also great, especially the hydro-massageHere’s my only complaint, thus 4 stars: when I asked why there were no free barbells they said that was a ‘power lifting thing’. What? Like to just do a bench press or squat with a free bar is powerlifting? Craziness... I hate Smith machines, they are dangerous for your joints and feel terrible, and this is all they have to replace having no free barbells. In my opinion, they need to rethink this single aspect of an otherwise great business model.

The manager’s attitude here is laughable, she’s rude and unwelcoming in a CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION, and it’s rubbing off on some of the employees. Every time I come in they make me wait a good 15 seconds at the desk for them to finish …

Planet Fitness is located in a nice new building with lots of shiny new equipment. Employees are very friendly. For a small extra monthly fee, there are water-powered massage chairs, beds, and recliners. The signage seems intended to encourage beginners. If there is a drawback, it is that the weight equipment is limited — not in quantity, but in design. There are no true bench press stations. Benches must be pulled under racks where the bars are mounted on cable-assisted vertical rods. In other words, the bars "weigh" less than a standard 45 lb. bar. There is no way to tell how much assistance is being given by the cables. Also, the machine doubles as a squat rack. Incline benches are mechanically attached to the seat end of the bench so that as the vertical incline increases there is a proportional pinching effect on, well, the crotch area. (See photo.) This probably bothers some patrons more than others. In summary, experienced weight lifters may prefer a gym where the equipment is more standardized.

I went to workout a this location (my home location) today and had a great experience. While giving me a tour, Marco(staff) could NOT have been nicer, very informative had answers for everything, I was really impressed with this location and what they offer. Everything was clean & spotless. Marco was tidying up while we were working out. Thank you Marco!! P.S. their air conditioning was amazing! So dislike hot, stuffy air in gyms!

Overall an overwhelmingly positive experience....very welcoming environment, great for people new to working out or those trying to get back into shape. Only real negatives are no pool or steam room, but all-in-all a very clean, new facility, at a great price with free classes with a trainer included in membership. Go with the black card membership for unlimited guest privileges, hydro-massage and tanning and half-price drinks ($1 Gatorades!)

This location is the best in the area. They have adult staff, which is hard to come by. They keep their facility spotless. Everyone on duty is always happy to see you, happy to help you, and are always smiling. The equipment is well maintained. Five stars-diamonds-thumbs up. They deserve them all. The best looking clientele as well 😀. Check them out, you'll be glad you did.

I like this Planet Fitness. The staff is nice and the facilities are what you would expect; if not a little nicer than the norm. The exterior of the building is nice and looks new. Always plenty of parking in the lot.No area inside the gym really feels crowded at all. An entire wall is dedicated to free weights and benches which is really helpful. Also, their black card spa is well appointed with plenty of massage options and a separate entry so there isn't too much pass through traffic. All in all, no complaints at this time. Everything has been clean and in good working order thus far. Keep up the good work.

Guest services attendent was rude hopefully its just a bad day and not how she treats people all the time. Abb section could be designed better a lot of machines no one uses and little usable floor room. The showers could not stay a constant temperature and the hooks for your towels are not properly installed so they flip upside down dropping your towel on the floor if your not careful.

Could be a great service and gym. However the air is never on. They told me he guy has been cleaning the ducts (the gym has only been open 4 months) for the past month and they might not have it on for another two months... When it's near 100 and people pass out for hear exhaustion I'm thinking they'll finally turn it on. It's unacceptable to walk into a gym on a 50 day and sweat while you're changing. I dont like hot yoga and didn't sign up for overly hot gym.**I did reach out to management who assured me it wasn't broken or an issue. Yet, here on a Friday early evening and you sweat just changing before a workout... And the staff can't touch the temperature controls period. The manager can and he will be here m-f 9-5 so moral of this gym is don't come outside of those hours unless you prefer to consistently roast. Maybe you guys should charge more for a hot workout.

I cannot believe I have to leave a bad review for this place. The facility is nice and the staff is usually wonderful. Tonight I was greeted with such rudeness. My boyfriend and I have a black card membership together. We got it that way instead of separately so we can use different locations and use the hydrobeds. We've never had a problem with it. However, Georgina, and older woman refused us entry into the beds saying its a "privilege we didn't pay for." EXCUSE ME!!?? WE HAVE YOUR HIGHEST LEVEL MEMBERSHIP. My next call will be into corporate. I don't appreciate it when people think they can have an attitude with you and get away with it. I love that gym too much to worry about getting such horrific service there.
