My husband and I like that there is a good variety of equipment to use so we're not having to wait around to use the equipment. We also like the spa benefits.

We travel allot. We live on a school bus. Always loved our membership at planet fitness becauseour bus is not completewith a shower yet. Until we got to Colorado we loved planet fitness. This was the fifth location in the state and all 5 are equally as bad as the others. Dirty, cold, smelly and old. It seems most other states have modern shower setups and are clean. Now Colorado and we're looking for a new gym with better showers. I can't wait to find one because my family is way overdue for a clean hot shower. Seems impossible to find at any planet fitness in this state. TIME FOR AN UPDATE! YOURE LOSING CUSTOMERS!!

I have been a number of locations and they are always clean. Employees are always friendly and helpful. When I travel, I bring a companion and there are never any issues.

No complaints on gym itself but EXPECT YOUR VEHICLE TO GET BROKEN INTO. In maybe 2 months of joining I've seen at least 10 car breakins. I realize the PF staff is not the parking lot security but its beyond ridiculous. I canceled my membership & will pay more to join a gym with a secure lot.

I love that the Lakeside facility is big and roomy. I LOVE the Black Card Spa. I use it every day after my workout. There is variety of shows on the many monitors. I love that Lakeside PF is clean and when I go in early mornings it's not that crowded. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I do hope that early morning classes/training becomes available again soon. I miss my torture session with Kevin. I wish there was some sort of swimming or exercise pool or hot tub type of benefit. That's the only thing lacking at Planet Fitness.

Worst place to work for. I have a husband whom is disabled and my hours were cut. Our old manager was the best. My car got broken into and they didn’t even care or ask anything about it. Members are being taken advantage off. Just fyi always break ins whether the locks or your cars be protected.

Poor communication and lack of transparency around billing. I was automatically charged a $40 annual renewal fee on Dec. 1 with zero warning or notice of the payment. I kindly requested a refund before the payment had even been processed, knowing that I am moving and will not be utilizing this gym any longer. I was told I need to drive in and talk to the manager in person. I did so, and Kevin rudely advised that their policy is no refunds (even 1 day after the payment) when I have not and will not use the gym this year. Kevin the manager had a snide and rude attitude about the whole situation and told me to 'take it up with corporate'. He said "I should have been aware of the payment due to the policy I signed 3 years ago".Planet Fitness "code of ethics" online touts 'honesty', 'transparency' and 'integrity' as their core values. This policy is the opposite of all 3 of those. They greedily and knowingly are robbing me of $40.

I absolutely love this location, the employees that work there when I come in are so friendly and professional. Terri is amazing I wanna throw that out there as many times as I can. She is very efficient I always see her cleaning everything so well and on top of filling up the sanitizing stations! I’ve already recommended this location to so many others because it’s such an amazing environment. I can’t speak for the other locations but I will not be switching to any locations other than the Lakeside planet fitness! Thank you all!

I have not been to the gym due to Covid for many months. My membership allowed me to bring my wife in to work out with me. We did a 30 minute full body circuit workout class with Preston.The facility is really really nice. The equipment is excellent. Everything is clean and safe.Preston was a great instructor. We are getting back in shape this year and I am very very happy with my experiences at Planet Fitness.
