We work out about 6 days a week and love that there are so many different machines and rooms to exercise in. Every time we walk in Andrew at the front desk greets us by name and is super helpful with my many questions!We feel very comfortable and welcome there...

As it stands right now the staff is rude and under informed. My mother was talking to a staff member that wouldnt allow access to come in and find me while I was working out to inform me she was there to pick me up. While she was saying that it was rude of him to not allow her in, he cut her off and started to help another customer behind her. I have had trouble with the staff here in the past and it only seems to be getting worse.

I was interested in finding out about your programs and stop in at your 72nd and Sheridan location.Coral, was working and went over the different programs you offer. She was very, very knowledge and answered questions very thoroughly without having to ask anyone. Best customer service around. Myself and my friend are both black card members and I use your location 3 times a week. And would give your location a 10 along with the staff. Coral, deserve a great compliment.Thanks

I've been here over a year now with a black card membership. Its a clean gym, fair price, never had any problems there. They have tanning, massage chairs, etc. and you can bring a friend unlimited times with a black card membership ($20/month)

Has all the typical equipment of a PF and.it's well maintained. The staff isn't always friendly. Not too surprising because I've heard this location does not treat their employees well. The one cheerful employee they had was fired, and they've lost 2 personal trainers in as many months. Currently they have no trainer even though they advertise that training is included.

This environment is wonderful! Everything is great from the machines, to the employees being very charming all of the time! Never had anything go wrong here for the few months I've been coming here. The only minor issue I would have is that they do not have a scale to measure a person's weight.

There's always a treadmill open, or something open. I've never waited for anything there except the water fountain. There is tons of new equipment, big TV's, massive fans, and it's all super clean.I shower there and it's really clean, but everything is clean all the time. I just wish they had a hot tub. I love this place.

My wife and I have been a member of Planet Fitness for 5 months now and overall our experience has been good. There were issues on both our and PFs side as it related to billing that resulted in having to have about 3 or 4 discussions to get it sorted out but the staff was always professional and courteous throughout. It is clean, affordable, well lit, and has all the amenities that I would expect out of any gym.

I have been a member for about two years. I started going to rehab a running injury, but I've stayed because the people are super great, and everything is always really clean. I can't get out the door without a handful of tootsie rolls and a warm smile from whoever is behind the desk. You also can't beat the price. $9.99 a month is great for a gym 2 mins from my doorstep.

Get ready to be harassed by and old bum and if you are a girl get ready for this same old bum to leer at you while you walk in, work out, and as you leave. Apparently this planet fitness doesn't mind having an old gross bum smoking cigarettes at its entrance making people feel uncomfortable.
