I was reading the reviews and wonder why the owner doesn’t address the customers complains theirselves? Instead of patting themselves on the back with a few kind words that doesn’t do squat! The owner has the names and their complain. Do something besides pushing it off on the customers.

My Planet Fitness at 72nd and Sheridan is a very friendly place. It's a great gym if you want cardio and circuit training. You can find everything you want except for a pool. I'm a Black Card member. I make use of the massage chairs, hydro table, and the option to bring a guest with no charge. The staff is very helpful and the gym is clean.

This gym is always super clean and well maintained. The equipment is top of the line, and the staff is awesome! I came to this gym for the first time, using my black card membership. (My home gym was lakeside) Cara was super friendly and helpful getting me set up here..

Per usual Planet Fitness exceeds expectation. Great gym to work out at.Great customer care and 24 hour service really helps me out a lot. Thanks guys, masks bare not fun, but safety is a first!

OMG such a clean and friendly place!So many machines that are very well cared for! I love the black card membership! The tanning beds/booths are very nice and the massage chairs... Don't get me started on them! After a good workout pop a squat in the massage chair and you just finished off your total body workout!The locker room is very well kept and you feel like your in a very high dollar spa!

In the men’s room, 2 of the 3 shower heads are broken, one barely dribbles, all three hooks are broken, and there is trash in 2 of the 3 lockers. Worst shower area in the front range. I’ll only come back to this location if I know it’s fixed...

I like this gym, it's kept pretty clean and there is a lot of variety of equipment, however the bench section by the free weights is too small. It's always packed there.

this is a predatory gym that is only out to get your money. The manager is not interested in helping any one and only sticks to her corporate script and recites why they think it's okay to steal money from inactive members. They should be ashamed of themselves and I don't know how you could hold your head up high working for a company like that

Hot water in very dirty showers lasts only a couple minutes. And the shower heads are just pipes... worst PF I’ve been to thus farEdit:: no I will not be contacting management of my home club (this clearly isn’t my home club) if you don’t want negative reviews maybe contact them yourself instead of just replying to reviews....

Totally non empathetic assistant manager! He was not understanding at all. I paid my membership for over a 12 months and used it 2x. I want to cancel my membership and because i havent paid this months dues he wont help me! I tried to explain I never used it and he just kept looking in the computer like he didnt care! Earlier this year I used it one time and while i was in the facility the girl took a payment. He kept saying i needed proof of that payment as if i was lying! I could not believe how they loose your payments im now wondering if the girl was honest and really put my payment on my account!
