"Judgement free zone" more like the rudest & judgmental staff at any planet fitness. The staff literally talk trash as you walk by unless you look "attractive" then they leave the front desk to flirt with the guest. I would not recommend this location at all.

So I go into the men's locker room and use one of the Stalls and someone left a surprise smeared all over one of the toilet seats. I inform the staff of this but she was the only person on shift and there were no Men available to go "fix" it at the time as again she was the only one on shift. When time to use the showers I did check the one that I chose beforehand however I did not catch that there was "rolling chunkies" hidden in the shower curtain.None of this is her fault and I did wait a couple days before I posted this. I've been using Planet Fitness across the nation for 2 years and this is the first time I've experienced this situation. Either I've been very lucky or there has always been a male and female on shift at any given time I've worked out there. If this is a one-time mistake in scheduling I can understand that trust me I've been there I understand scheduling but regardless of gender nobody should be working a shift alone.

Great environment. 4 stars because it seemed to be marketed to millennials and most people in there were my age or older. (Gen x with some baby boomers)

nothing special about this gym. DO NOT get suckered into the blackcard membership - terms are redic and the company is less than reasonable

Love this place, it's helped me feel better about myself and build lean muscle fast! It's always clean and the employees are always willing to help. Come in and try it out for yourself!

Nice gym. Clean and friendly staff. A little limited in terms of machines - maybe due to the stuffy "no gymtimidation" policy - but it gets the job done.

Very poor customer service when canceling service. Sending certified mail to cancel is about as inconvenient as coming back to Westminster after moving away. Planet fitness has developed an app with just about everything except the option to cancel. "No excuses" should apply to corporate planet fitness as well.

Good gym, good price. Depending on when you go, there are plenty of machines to use. The staff is alright. Locker rooms are pretty clean.
