Place over all is pretty good but only 4/5 because it doesn’t seem that a lot of people actually wear their masks and employees don’t seem to notice. I would hate for this place to get shut down because of it. I enjoy coming here but find this one thing annoying.

"He's one of them. He took way too long in there." Coming from one clerk to the next clerk, conversation about how long I spent in the locker room after my workout. I am 1200 miles from home. My home store, where the staff is amazing, is located Baxter Ave in Louisville Ky. I dont care how long I'm in there. I pay for my black card for a reason. I'm here in Colorado learning a new trade. Thank you. Sorry I dont have a winter cabin in Aspen. So sorry that after work and a workout that I want to take a shower. That's why I pay my membership dues. Showers are awesomely strong and warm, unlike the weak and cold service you find here. Maybe if the twigs for girls behind the counter worked out there as well, theyd be less concerned with who spent how long getting clean after getting dirty.

Don't believe the hours posted here, or on their offical website: they are still spreading Covid through reduced operating hours closing from 1-2AM everyday. Don't expect consistent hot water, shower stalls that don't flood, or a way to contact the location or national organization online.No scale.Staff is courteous.

I will NEVER purchase another membership through Planet Fitness again due to their “corporate policies”. I moved away from Westminster a couple years ago. Since then, they will not cancel my account unless I sign cancellation paperwork in person (not possible), or I send a letter with my agreement number and barcode number. Which I have done, but whoops they didn’t receive it. I’m tired of the games they play when trying to cancel a membership. Every other gym will accept cancellation over the phone. Don’t waste you money on this company because once they have your account number they’ll make it as big of a hassle as possible to stop charging your account.

I've been to this location twice now and was a little disappointed. This is the 1st time I've ever had a membership to a gym. Before joining I was told how amazing this place was and how a member of the staff gives you a tour and gives you a full run-down of all your membership consists of. However, on my visit the only thing I was told was where the women's locker room was. Other than that, this place is very clean!

Love my workouts at PF! Great staff! Got thru my Circuit today. With weight all the way up except military.

Plenty of weights and equipment to train. There's also a variety of cardio fat burning equipment. But what I love most is the heated hydro massage bed!

Very disappointed I have had a membership for quite some time and they kept attempting to pull out my membership fees 2 times every month causing over draft fees and would do nothing to correct it. Im extremely upset and would never refer anyone to sign up the staff was rude and not helpful at all.

This is a good gym if you are looking for basic amenities. All the weights and machines are in good working condition. The facility is clean. I like that there is space to stretch.

I love this gym and the manager is great! She helped me open my locker when I lost the key to it but to she went the extra mile to make sure it was really my locker she asked what stuff was in there, etc. Thanks to her and Amy at the front desk!
