The staff member Nick is very rude. I went with my girls to this gym because they signed up for a summer pass. I was going to supervise my girls while they worked out. He stated that I am not allowed in the gym because I don’t have a membership. He stated that is how all gyms work. Which was very rude. Instead of him asking me if I would like to sign up today or I could show you around so we can get you signed up he said “If your girls have a summer pass they don’t need your supervision.” (My girls are 14 they need my supervision). I said I would sit at the table and wait for my daughters to finish. After they were done. I asked for his name and to speak with a manager. When talking to the manager he kept speaking over me. Because of how I was treated I will not return to this planet fitness.

Traveling and went to this location this morning with a family friend. No problems checking in as with any other PF locations I’ve been to. The machines here are pretty standard as to what you would see at any other PF location, but I do like how spacious the workout areas in this location are - I did not feel claustrophobic while working out here (it was also early on a Friday morning so it wasn’t particularly busy either). I can not speak to what the locker room or showers looked like here, but overall I was satisfied with this location.

Lots of choices of equipment. Not crowded so I don’t have long wait times, if any, to be able to use the equipment I want to use. This allows me to get in/out quicker while being able to change up my routines so it’s not boring. The staff are super friendly. I get to bring a friend when I want to as well. Ending the workout with the water jet massage is perfect!

Been a member for well over a year. Gym is always clean, uncrowded and very nice inside. Showers have always been hot and tanning rooms always clean. And bathrooms are always spotless. I love my membership at Planet Fitness.

Is there any way you guys can get newer stair masters ? They’re outdated and the Lakeside one has newer ones with tv’s. Other than that everything is great!

Clean no lines at the time I went it was pretty slow but. Most of the equipment was available and look like they where wiping things down tanning beds worked great clean

I've been having trouble with my membership due to my home store not having the same booking system as locations in Colorado at least. Janeth and the gm we're very helpful and accommodating, I would highly recommend this location

The staff is helpful and accommodating. The Gym and locker rooms are very clean. They are practicing social distancing on the cardio equipment and I have yet to see better. Thumbs up!👍 …
