The gym is cheap. You can come here for about $15 a month. In my opinion that's too cheap. The gym is overcrowded and there's a lot of kids that workout here. While there is plenty of strength equipment, the gym still dedicates 75% of it's area to cardio equipment, so the strength area gets full quickly. After a few times of waiting 20 minutes for a bench here I decided to cancel my membership. Personally I didn't like the crowd here much, they don't like sharing equipment even when it's busy and large groups will be on racks or benches for 30 minutes. No one re racks weights and the gym is usually pretty messy. If you don't mind the wait there really isn't a better option in the area especially for the dirt cheap price. In my case I decided to invest in a home gym and don't dread having to come here anymore.

The gym is great, some of the equipments are really good, but If you want to cancel the subscription, you are going to have a hard time. I just wanted a 1 month gym so I could still workout while my stay in the us, after I subscribed I found that I still had to pay for another month and an annual fee, that costs another 60$. As I only had been subscribed for 1 day, I knew that it was my right to cancel it until 3 days after the purchase was made, so it was exactly what I did. They were really quick to cancel the subscription, but not to give my money back, in the official massachusetts government website it says that they have 10 business days to give my money back. I cancelled the contract 22 december, and until the moment I’m writing this review I haven’t got my money back yet.

I’ve only ever had positive experiences here! Great gym, very clean and front desk staff is super friendly. Great options for personal training, especially as a beginner. Would highly recommend Andrew!

Great gym, especially for the price. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and I've never had any issues with my membership. I wish they had a few more stations as it does get crowded in the free weight area, but really can't complain overall!

It's definitely a step up from planet fitness. The still use too much space for cardio machines at the cost of benches and free weight space. There are often a lot of empty cardio machines while people are waiting for benches and machine, but most comercial gyms have the same issue.

Been a member for a few months and there definately some issues management needs to get addressed on a more regular basis. 1. Shower curtains/showers are not cleaned. I repeatedly for over a month complained and it wasn't cleaned. You can see the same mold spots on the curtains on my camera roll. They're all taken a week increment. Oh and Leaks. They know of the problem and said they get the "fixed" but it leaks anyways. Yeah sure. But how about the puddle on the floor? You think that's appropriate? All you get is a deflection and no real answer. A shame really.

The gym itself is always crowded. I do like the variety of machines. BUT, very often it’s super hot inside with no air flow. Machines ar e broken way too often and the cables are all messed up. I wish there was a rule of you can’t just lay on a machine and text; I have to wait so long for a machine sometimes because people are just sitting there. And lots of creepy men. I can never just be left alone and workout without being spoken to or creeped on. So non creeping men reading this, please watch out for the girls and say something if you see a girl being creeped on. I do like the gym overall but it’s a commercial gym in the end so you get what you pay for.

It's a good gym but doesn't have a ton of unique equipment. It's all pretty basic

They need better ventilation. It always feels like a sauna in there. It's annoying esp these days. They do clean periodically which is nice. Some staff are nice but some just don't care about your concerns. They need better cistomer service. Lastly, fix your damn wi-fi and teach employees that I don't know is not an adequate answer for clients.
