Great value while I was a member but, unfortunately, the club made no attempt to honor my membership cancellation as I moved out of state. I received confirmation from several employees and the old manager that my membership would not renew for the upcoming year and received my monthly bill and the annual renewal fee anyways. Received no further assistance, denied a refund, my money was as good as stolen. Disgusting business tactics. Get everything in writing.

The place is good. But has the worst customer service!!!!I called to cancel the membership, they said I was all set, next month I was charged! I called again, they said it was the last time!Next month, I was charged the annual fee!! I tried to contact them using the app for message, no one answer!!!Now I came in person, they don’t have notes from my callings! And I need to pay the last month(I didn’t pay that) to cancel!LolCustomer service 0 star!

Worst customer service I have ever received, had tough time to cancel my membership.I called several times to cancel, but some staff didn’t put any notes in the system to document our conversation therefore I was charged for an extra month. Each time I speak to a staff, they all say different rules to follow.Not to mention the manager Paul is way toooo bad with customer service. I was So disrespectful and disappointed with this location. I HATE IT

Gym is small for the amount of people that occupy it throughout the day. Not enough equipment so expect to stand and wait. Seriously need ceiling fans to have some sort of circulation and fan away the major B.O. that permeates in the place. When you walk in, you can feel the thickness in the air inside.What do you expect for a strip mall gym and $10/month. If LaFitness had a facility, or Eos, thats where Id be. Its a shame I have let myself lose my gains because I want to avoid this gym as much as possible. I expected more, but You cant expect that from people who dont know how to, or have higher expectations of themselves. Ehhemm!No smoothie stand? Wow. I need to get back West asap! Standards are higher for the same price!Time To Sweat! 🙄

I contemplated writing this review, as I come here a lot, but as I write this from the parking lot, the gym had a posted opening time of 5:00AM, it is now 5:45AM (I’ve been waiting roughly 30minutes) and no one has arrived to open the gym. This is not the first time I’ve arrived and have had to wait. First, there is a list of issues, such as, the cable machines have been broken for months, benches are torn, no one is managing the floor, no one re-racks their weights and the mirrors have not been cleaned since I joined in August. I had issues with payment and they charged me 3 times for the month of December. Spoke to Lexi and told her that I would update my payment the following week, she said she would remove the late fee. Instead after I updated and made a payment I was charged two more times. When I called and spoke to the Manager, he asked me to email him and send him proof. I did and have not heard back in almost two weeks.Update 12/31/2021 6:39AM: still no one has arrived to open the gym, I will be canceling my membership

I went into the gym to cancel my account in August because I would be traveling a lot for work till the end of the year. The worker told me I could put the account on hold if I wanted for 3 months because I would be charged a $59.00 yearly fee soon. He also said if I needed to extend the hold in November I would be able to do so because work is crazy till the new year. November came and I was able to extend the hold till February so called and did so. I was checking my credit card statement today and turns out I was charged the entire time. I figured it would be an easy fix when I called to let them know. Nope! Instead Lexi told me she didn’t show anything on the account as being on hold only the record of me calling at the end of November to place the account on hold. So turns out because the person that explained the entire option of putting the account on hold in August didn’t do his job and place it in the system correctly I’m out of my $100 for the 3 months and nothing could be done. Beyond confused why they aren’t taking responsibility for their screw up! Cancelled the account and actually liked the gym.

In general I like the gym space, the staff is friendly but not ontop of member concerns. Some of the equipment is in rough shape and when it breaks down it takes months to repair. Cruch is a big chain and should have replacement parts in hand at all times. The gym closes early on the weekends so there plenty of time for repairs.

this gym is clean, always open on time! 5am on the DOT! some machines are worn out but u know that happens well i like it i dont take classes there or anything so i dont quite know how they do with classes and things

Listen to the reviews and don't get scammed out of your $. This gym is no where near nice enough for you to have to deal with all the headaches and cost of being a member.I had called in February to cancel my membership only to be told I was locked into 12 months and that I couldn't cancel my membership until May. I was told that they'd note on my account that I do not want to renew my membership and that was the last I thought about it.Fast forward to now, I saw they charged me $60 for an annual membership. I called, they told me they had no notes in my account, and that if I wanted to cancel I needed to do it 10 days before it renewed. They sent me an email saying my account was cancelled. The next day I'm charged $25 for a monthly fee! Called back again, the staff is no help and says it takes 10 days to process a cancellation and refuse to refund me. They also don't have a corporate office or anyone to escalate complaints to. So now I'm out $85 plus the 4 months of payments I had to make while I was still locked into a contract. I feel like I got robbed.

I came over to this gym after the Westborough Crunch closed. It's a bigger and more impressive gym in size, but as other reviews have said, this also makes it a very busy gym that draws in a constant crowd that doesn't let up even at times and on days you'd typically expect the gym to be on the quiet side (ex. Friday evenings and holidays.)Something I've noticed is that many of its members will occupy popular equipment such as squat racks, barbell benches and cable equipment for long periods of time up to an hour without letting others work in with them, which leads to a queue of people waiting for the same piece of equipment. The occasional wait is expected, but it's constant here, and not really ideal for anyone who likes to get in and out with their workout.Something else that happened is the gym posted signs before the 4th of July holiday about closing early at 3pm that day. I'm glad I decided to get to the gym earlier than planned that day, because when I got there, they covered those signs with handwritten signs that now informed you they were closing at 2pm instead. I would have been so disappointed if I had gotten there later on expecting it to be open until 3pm, only to find out it closed earlier. Now I'm going to be concerned every time there's a holiday and they post their hours beforehand, and whether they'll be accurate.
