Johnny is the best trainer! Look forward to his classes all week because I know he will kick my butt! Gym is always clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

They don't have any machines or equipment for my Brittany. She competes in international doggy bodybuilding and was looking forward to going to the same gym I do. The staff would not allow her to join and work out her four little furry legs. This is AFTER they told me over the phone they welcome ALL members. She howled for days in disappointment for not being allowed to join.

I love planet fitness. I use cranberry, pa., New castle, pa., And 2 of the Youngstown locations. All are similar. Pay extra for VIP pass. You'll love the message chairs, tanning beds, body enhancement and hydro message chairs!!!

I'm an oil and gas worker, and work 15-16 hours daily. To make time for my physical health, there are days when i have to wake up at 1am to travel to this PF location. Today marks the third time in two weeks that the location was locked at 2am, despite the 24/hr gym hours, and the lights and TV's being on. I lost sleep again, and wasted an hour in travel time ONCE AGAIN. There is no longer a convenience to being a member, so im promptly cancelling my membership.

Drooped in from out of town. As a blackcard member, I wanted to utilize a tanning bed. Totally different check-in process for tanning than ATL with no assistance or instructions. Needless to say I stood in front of the computer trying to check-in for a couple minutes.....With no help offered, I just turned around and walked out as I didnt want to hold up anyone else. Rethinking my membership.....
