Nicest planet fitness I’ve ever been to. Staff is friendly and keeps the gym clean. Massage chairs are unbeatable. Staff uses the lunk alarm appropriately, which is always fun to see. Membership is a great value. My only complaint is that is gets SO hot in there!! I know it’s a gym, but could you crank the AC or keep the doors open in the winter?!? regardless, imma still give this PF 5 stars tho.

Come here almost everyday and clearly love it. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Had someone harass me at the gym but the manager took care of it. Equipment is better and cleaner than other Planet Fitnesses Ive been to.

Privately owned location, no way of contacting via phone, weird holiday hours, no way of finding out if they're open unless you show up. Low introductory rate continuously increases over time. Tanning amenities are a nice bonus.

I'd love to give it 5 stars, but they really need to make sure the men's shower area is clean as often as possible guys have recently been leaving their soaps in the showers and I even found used Q-tips in a shower last week. Public showers should always be sanitary and last week they weren't. Other than that there's no other issue with this gym.

Gym is great except for CLEANLINESS. Nasty again tonight, toilets filthy, seat on handicap stall has bee broke for months, I submitted requests. Special Ops Team is here…. I’m sure their not impressed. Trash all over Locker Room, smells like urine… I be opted out of showering here tonight. This gym is very busy, therefore it requires a lot of upkeep. Needs someone leaning a lot especially at evening. No excuses… hire people, pay them a decent wage and keep it clean.

The layout of the gym and equipment are great. The cleanliness of the gym is something that needs to be worked on. It looked like there was only one employee on duty and she did not even greet people. Customer service needs to be addressed as well.

Just signed up this past weekend for the Planet Fitness black card membership. I had no idea how great this place is, I wish I would have discovered it years ago. The reason I initially joined is because our Peloton Treadmill which is only 4 months old is broken. When I scheduled the service I was told it would be 8 weeks before someone comes out to repair it. I wish I would have just joined Planet Fitness instead of buying the Peloton. I would have saved a ton of money, saved myself frustration, and probably be in even better shape. This club has everything and it's always sparkling clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can see myself being a member here for a very long time. Have asked multiple times to cancel my membership. Now I am out $30 even when I asked for MONTHS to cancel.

The managers are great and staff as well! You have great workers in Boardman,ohio

Wasn't real clean an my husband couldn't even use the bathroom because it stunk so bad wont go backbto this location ever.
