I love that this gym is open 24 hrs. I am able to go after work. I basically look like a squishy beach ball with amazing calves. I honestly didn't feel judged at all. That's one of my biggest fears. Joining a gym when you are over weight is hard. I actually look forward to my next visit Friday after work. Thanks guys! 🤗 …

I went to join today. I was told that I couldn't sign up in person, only online. There is no indication of that on their website. Who signs up for a gym before they even have a chance to see it? Totally asinine. I will find an alternative.

It would be nice if they fixed the urinals. I have brought it up more then once. They don't dispense enough water and men's room smells like piss. It's a pretty easy fix.

I was lied to by an employee when I cancelled. I asked exhaustive and extensive questions of the employee I dealt with, paid my $58 early termination fee and was assured that my dealings with PF were over and I was not responsible for any more payments or fees. Which turned out to be lies, as I was charged for another month, less than a week later. So, for anyone trying to avoid this situation, be aware you have to cancel before the 10th of the month, even though the day you are billed is the 17th of the month. I’ve been a customer of PF a few different times in the past and never encountered this issue for some reason, but I can assure you I will never be a customer of theirs again in the future, which may seem silly over a charge of $22, but customer loyalty and basic reasonableness means a lot to me, and I was not shown these things. Seems like bad business practice to anger a customer over $22, and to have them badmouthing your franchise for the rest of their life, but so be it

A nice place to work out I prefer at night if you have the time if you’re like me that don’t really like to work out around a lot of people I recommend go at night there’s barely people in the gym. In the day time is mostly always pack and it’s hard to find a parking spot

what you read online about p.f. is pure b.s....sure they make money when people sign up and don't go. all gyms do. they basically are all the same. there is no pressure here. the truth is if you sign up and don't go that's you're problem what do you want them to do. I know I did just that. then I got my s-- t together. and things are good..it up to you if you really want to go or not . I've been on both sides what's the big deal.

If i could rate a 0 i would. I will be seeing planet fitness in court the regional manager was callous and offered no course of action that could alleviate my frustrations. After the " equipment upgrade " I told the manager of loudenville i will never be returning to a pf ever again and told him to cancel my account to which he said ok. That is a verbal contract which was witnessed by a 3rd party. Did he cancel my account? No instead pf has been racking up overdraft fees on my account for 4 months and trying to process payment twice per month. For a grand total of 240 i called Loudonville when i realized it this month and spoke with the assistant manager on the 20th all calls were recorded and she said she would call over to troy to cancel the account but i logged into my bank account this morning low and behold theyover drafted my account again on the 21st. I spoke with the regional manager and asked him why this happened and he said there was nothing they could do about it. If you are a franchise owner please reach out to me. Im about to go to small claims for the full 240 of you can't reverse this. I also called abc your payment processing company on the 20th to inform them they were not authorized to hit my account. So shady business practices all around.Response from the owner3 hours agoHi there; as stated in our policies and on your membership agreement, we do require that to cancel you need to either sign a cancellation form in person or send a signed letter via certified mail. We do not accept cancellations in other forms. Hope that helps clear things up.ewilde19886:23 pmAnd that's fine except i don't have a contract with you nor did i sign anything. The account was opened in my roommates name and we had it transferred into my name so fix the problem or you'll have a problem.

The gym itself is fine. I have no complaints about equipment or facility. But I moved and had to cancel, and even though I followed their procedure, it took months to actual have them stop charging me.

Very clean and organized. Staff were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful in answering any questions we had. Staff gave a full tour of the machines and amenities that we could take advantage of for our membership. Great place to work out and great pricing.
