I joined HIWB a little over 3 years ago when I was looking to switch up my routine; walking into this gym was the best decision I could have made!To begin, Britt and her trainers are the absolute best. You truly get a personal training experience in a class setting. All of the trainers are educated and incredibly supportive; from providing modifications to challenges, they are there with you every step of the way. Their adaptability, particularly during the last 10 months while navigating COVID is admirable. Upon returning to the gym, safety and sanitizing protocols to ensure everyone’s health and well being were implemented. All equipment is sanitized before, during, and after the workout. I feel completely safe and comfortable working out in this gym.Second, the community in this gym is unmatched. Not only do you have the support of your trainers, you have the support of the family working out beside you. Hiiters uplift and encourage one another. The positive energy is contagious.I highly recommend HIWB to everyone! I’m grateful for not only the physical gains, but for the growth mindset, and the community. I look forward to each and every day I get to workout at HIWB.

I have been an athlete my entire life, but the reality of how much harder it is to get and stay in shape, maintain my weight, and tone my body as I get older was never more evident once I hit my mid-40’s. After focusing on distance running for most of my adult life, I found I needed some serious help with strength training and toning to avoid injury and keep the weight off. I joined HIIT It with Britt over 3 years ago and love it! The workouts, the trainers, and the sense of community - motivates me to get to those 5:00 AM classes and start my day right. As Britt says, your workout sets the tone and intentions for the day. I never would have imagined a total body workout that would be so consistently challenging no matter how long I have been doing it. I am sore after every class, and that’s how I know it’s working! Thanks to the amazing trainers and the time they invest in supporting me, cheering me on, and guiding me - I have improved my form and strength over the years. But the work is never done! This is lifelong commitment I made to myself knowing how important my physical and mental health are in order to balance a career and my family life. I challenge you to come and check it out for yourself! You won’t regret it!

There isn't enough I can say about this gym. HIWB has changed my lifestyle and perspective on group workouts/HIIT. I now wake up as early as 5am to get a workout in that I am excited for. Walking into the lobby and seeing the faces of the friendly trainers makes my day. I feel very safe coming to the gym as I get my temperature checked before I start my workout. The new platform not only is effective but keeps me accountable! If you're looking for a great workout, atmosphere, and trainers... This is the place!!!!

HIWB is my second home. Since being able to comeback to the gym with Covid regulations being in place I have felt so safe while still receiving a challenging workout daily. Stations are 6ft apart and are sanitized after each use. All gym members and trainers wear masks before, during, and after the workout. I am very thankful for the trainers making me feel safe while I am still able to get my workout in at their facility. I would recommend these workouts to anyone at any fitness level.

PWR (formerly HiiT it with Britt) was hands down the best experience- as simply as I can put it, and that doesn't do it justice. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with the warmest welcome from their coaches. All proper safety precautions are taken to ensure our health is protected (temp check, sanitation, 6' spacing). All fitness levels are supported- so don't worry if you feel you might not be at your strongest, or are just starting to workout. They really have your back with options and modifications. During your class, you'll feel empowered, supported and encouraged. They check your form, correct any potential injury-educing mistakes (we all make them!), and then step back and are your BIGGEST cheerleaders. The coaches are the most attentive, personal and FUN people to train with. I think this place is perfect for anyone, at any fitness level. I'm grateful that I found them.

I can't say enough wonderful things about PWR (formerly Hiit it with Britt) and all of our coaches! I've been a member for over two years. This gym has become my happy place and like a form of therapy to me. The coaches are all amazing, inspiring, and push you to challenge yourself every day - and any/all skill levels are welcome and encouraged. They go above and beyond regarding safety protocols surrounding the pandemic. I've never felt uncomfortable walking into the gym. PWR has had such a positive impact on my physical and mental health, even more so during these tough times. They also have a virtual-on-demand option that is just awesome if you're not comfortable coming to the gym in person. They've got you covered! Love PWR!

This gym is amazing! Since day one i was hooked, between the amazing workouts and the wonderful staff, there isn’t any gym that can top them, they are truly number 1 in the area! I have to say i have never been more ambitious to actually want to work out until i became a member here. We are all dealing with a “new normal” and they definitely know how to keep everyone safe and comfortable especially with everything going on. The team is truly like my family away from my family and I am so glad I found HIIWB.

This gym is my happy place. High energy, upbeat and super supportive trainers , and welcoming , friendly members make the atmosphere motivating and inclusive. I have been a member for 3 years and now, with COVID, things have changed a bit but I still get the same great workout. I am so impressed with the organization and thoughtfulness Britt and her team put into protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy while working out. I have zero qualms about going to the gym during this pandemic. I feel safe and supported throughout the best hour of my day. Everything is sanitized before , during and after the workouts and social distancing is maintained while still keeping the group energy that I have come to love. Try it out! You won’t regret it!

HIWB is the most engaging, challenging, accepting and motivating community I have ever been a part of. I say community because it is more than a gym. Each and every trainer is dedicated to making the classes the most worthwhile experience for us members and their passion to push us to our limits and be the best we can be is evident. The ability to adapt and evolve through the pandemic to continue provide us with the best possible experience is amazing. The sanitation protocols are unmatched and I have always felt super safe while working out in the gym, in fact safer than I do at any other public space! 4 months ago I was completely out of a work out routine and since joining HIWB it is something I look forward to most in my daily routine and I love it!! I highly recommend trying a class, you will not regret it!!

I don't even know where to begin with the positive things I have to say about this place! I have always enjoyed working out, but would get bored lifting at a regular gym. I tried my first class at HiiT it With Britt 3 years ago, nervous of course to walk into a new place that was full of people but from day 1, there was nothing but love and support. Britt and the other trainers made it a point to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome.The classes are difficult in a sense that they are designed to challenge you but there is NOTHING to be intimidated by. Each trainer is super friendly and will help you with any questions you have before or during the workout. If you are just beginning and need to modify things to fit your fitness level, the trainers will help you without you feeling ashamed or embarrassed.The other HIITers are so supportive and will help you, inspire you, and encourage you to do your best. I cannot stress enough how much this gym has changed me both physically and mentally. Anyone who is on the fence about coming here, I challenge you to just take one class (your first class is FREE to try!) and see what an amazing community Britt has created.
