This location is dirty. Everything is covered in a layer of dust, skin cells and hair. No one wipes equipment and it is very crammed. You lose cell service when you walk in the door which is super inconvenient. The lockers have been out of service for months being worked on so they have Porta potty outside to use. No changing room, nothing. It is 20 degrees and I am expected to use the restroom outside. No thanks. This location is pathetic overall. 2 of the women's shower heads have been broken off for months. Everything is dirty.

Weights area is good but cardio section is now disappointing. The new treadmills are not very good.. They feel very cheap/ low quality. Even worse, almost all of them feel like they are not level and you are running at an incline. The water bottle holders are super shallow and easily fall over if you're running fast. Gonna look for other gym options in the area.

Equipment is frequently inoperable and remains out of service for prolonged periods of time. After a period of weeks to months, the equipment is finally repaired only to fail soon afterwards and remain inoperable for a prolonged period of time. This is particularly the case with the stair climbers.

Great, except I wish they would tell people to leave the spray bottles with the paper towels dispenser. You try to wipe down the equipment after you use it, but there's no spray bottle because some people decide it's their personal bottle and carry it with them to every station. What's Up With That?

Poor management team and customer service. They will also charge you even if you freeze your account so watch out. If you want a refund for that , good luck getting it. For the same 10$/month you can be a member at a better gym around.

I’ve been to multiple planet fitness’ around the country since I move frequently. By far the worst experience every time I go. Equipment is very outdated and weights everywhere. Can see rust on almost all things I use and majority of the equipment is broken.
