There’s never any service in there and the WiFi never works at all. Also the whole mask thing enforced in this gym is funny to me. You’re literally going into a gym with others sweating and people catching their breath around you. We all have to put the mask down at some point during our workout. It’s inevitable that germs spread. No need to keep forcing people to wear a mask in a gym lol. Makes no sense. It’s kinda like peeing in a pool in your corner thinking that it won’t spread

this gym is decent however the wifi has been broken for a few days now. the gym is located in a basement so there’s no phone data connection to begin with, the wifi is the only way of Internet access. can the manager please help fix the issue?

The staff and management is very rude and unhelpful. This location does not allow you to use the water fountain unless you have a bottle. I asked for a paper/styrofoam cup so I could use the water fountain but they basically told me to get lost. Nowhere on their website or in the app does it say that you must bring your own water bottle. Aren't gyms required to provide free water fountains? Shameful.

It’s very dimly lit and while here right now there is only 1 working stair climber machine. I only come here when it is in route to where I’m going. I never really liked this kenmore location from years ago when they had a policy that you couldn’t wear a scarf in the gym. I’m sure they received a lot of complaints and have since changed the policy.

Clean and staff were very nice.Note to management: Can we update the massage chairs to the zero gravity ones? They have them at a PF in Illinois and I fell in love and started the Black Card membership because of it. Not having the same quality here is a bit disappointing.

I was able to join with simple steps almost no time. Transferred to another facility due to moving. Then canceled membership because of work abroad. Then when I came back I joint back no question asked. They are willing to work with you according to your life situation. Great customer service that made me come back to join.

The WiFi at this location is beyond horrible. I wasn’t able to load youtube, Spotify, or my workout app. Even off WiFi I had one bar inside with 4G, and right when I stepped outside I had app 4 bars with 5G. The music was also overwhelmingly loud in the front of the gym, but no sound in the back. A majority of people have earphones in so it was kind of annoying to have loud music on top of that. However the staff was very welcoming, but I will not be returning.

Great PF experienc! Site was/is well kept and has all of the equipment you'll need for a great workout.Nothing was too worn and there's plenty of equipment to go around so no waiting on anything you might need. Also tons of space in general for a PF. Was not expecting that.5/5 experience.

Since 2016 I'm a member and still there, today 08/04/21 4:27 pm when I scanned my card the associate who sat on the front desk she said 'your card doesn't go thru scan again' I did again she ordered like a police office immediately the huge and dread hair man came to the front and show me unacceptable act. Teach your associates about customer service. By the way I never hesitate to go Planet fitness.

I came with my friend to sign up for a gym membership! I approached the gentleman working at 12:30 p.m on Easter. He simply said everything is done on the app. Didn’t feel welcomed on but. He Continues to walk away to continue cleaning up the bottles at the entrance and starts telling me about all different memberships. I’m still at the front desk. I can barely hear him and after all that explanation he asked me if I got it. I just agreed so I could leave. Not a great experience of customer service.
