A management style I can support!!!For me, it’s important to know that someone is working on your behalf to make your experience the best you can have....whether you’re a member or an employee. Otherwise, what’s the point of supporting an estsblishment.

I'm not stating any opinions, just what happened. A step master step mill broke while I was on it, causing the steps to free spin. I fell off, hitting my shin on the steps on the way down. I attached a picture below. The machine technician was on scene stating that a chain attached to the drive motor broke and that he would follow up with his boss about maintenance schedules to prevent future failures. An incident report was created, and I was furnished a first aid kit to wrap my leg. I did not receive a follow up call until I contacted 24 hour fitness via their website 2 days later. I spoke to Thomas the general manager on the phone and asked if the maintenance schedules would be updated to prevent this situation in the future. He stated that he has been a general manager for 9 years and that he has never seen this type of incident before so the maintenance on the machines will not change. I cancelled my membership and joined a different gym.

I've never seen a worker reracking the weights or disinfecting the machines. Bathrooms and showers need to be updated. Great staff though.

24 hr fitness thank you for spreading the holiday spirit and putting a smile on my daughter! All of your employees are very kind and welcoming! When I moved from Dallas I was sad to be leaving my gym but now Im I did!

Very clean and well maintained facility with every type of workout equipment. The UJam class taught by Michelle Womack was excellent.

I saw poor reviews but still went there for an enquiry. Its close to my home so thought worth a try. Whoever the sales/front desk guy was, ensured that poor reviews are very true. It clearly indicated that, they don't care if someone get enrolled or not, with blunt response.

Worst ever half tools don’t work pool and spa open one day shut down 2 days and Derty as trash can pool has more chloride than water heart you’re eye. Even 5 $ monthly charg is to much for this jung place

I have also cancelled my membership because of the previous post and the lack of response by management. I no longer feel safe using the equipment at this gym. This is another picture of my husband’s injury when it was fresh. You can see how much skin was scraped off of his shin.

This place is a dump.... I joined a couple years ago and when I first joined the reviews were pretty low people often stating cleanliness as an issue... but I am not a germ-phobe and I figured I don't need anything special, stuff to lift and enough equipment you should be able to get a work out in with out having to wait too long for a spot to open up. I liked the idea of having a sauna and steam room. It met my expectations and with the exception of the steam room being out of order more than it was up I was satisfied and would probably rate it 3 stars. I had a travel job that had me on the road a lot the last two years so I hadn't been going regularly (read "at all" lol) but have recently changed jobs and am able to go consistently. I started back up about a month ago or so and there was 1 working toilet in the men's locker room) the sauna was just rank... I felt like I may get a fungus in my lungs from breathing the air and the steam room was out of order..... again? Still? I was like OK fine.... I wont shower her I wont use the amenities... the price is still right and things aren't so bad I am willing to go through the hassle of finding a new gym. Today was the last straw though..... the first four.... FOUR treadmills I got on were not working. #5 worked and I started my cardio portion or my workout trying to do some intervals and the down speed button wouldn't work.... I had to really slam it to get it to work. That is a safety issue.... especially since many of the clients seem to be seniors. I also noticed as I finished my workout that my hands felt dirty... like grubby or sticky as if a heard of kids with candy and sweets had gone through touching everything. So a gym that was 3 stars by my not so very strict standards has dropped to 1 star in 3 years time and on top of that bad enough for me to go through the hassle of canceling my membership there and finding a new gym!
