This gym deserves more than 5 stars. I lost my car keys and KYLE DEGREE who is a former worker at Golds went above and beyond to help me find my car keys he represents Golds Gym very well you don't find people like that anymore.

Visiting from out of town and trying out different gyms. The general manager was super helpful and friendly. The gym had tons of equipment and plenty to chose from including free weights, machines, and cardio. Equipment was in good shape. Will definitely come back if I get the opportunity.

Their "deals" to sign up for cheaper sound intriguing but when you actually show up they tell you that you will be charged 25 for the monthly fee and in order to avoid any charges you have to cancel the same day you sign up, conveniently enough you cant cancel your membership in person and instead give you a phone number to call to cancel your membership that takes you to a automated machine that wont work, but of course all the sudden theres a website you make an account on to cancel your membership. Staff seems to be on all different levels and this will only happen to you if your unlucky with a staff member with low experience

Javier and I have been working with improvements in my balance, flexibility and strength. Being in my 70’s, progress was initially slow, but even my posture has significantly improved during my exercise and development programs. Physical movements, stability and stamina have been extended with the workout training designed and successfully implemented by Javier. It has been a pleasure to work with Javier on my fitness, overall strength and conditioning.Daryl

They have a dark movie room if you don't like to work out in the bright lights. I needed to get in some water and lay out in the sun. They keep the gym clean and have a nice staff.
