do not pay for the most expensive pass because every time you try to bring a guest you will be denied I was told that I’d be able to bring a guest at 15 years and up I brought my 15 year old son and was told that I would have to pay $20 plus another 20 just to get him signed up this place is the biggest rip off in the world And if you try to cancel you have to go through 10 different hoops I decided to go back to Chuze gym And it was the smoothest transition they waived a bunch of fees for me and displayed amazing customer service I am a personal trainer and I would never recommend golds gym to any of my clients

5 stars for Maurice. Saw him picking up someone else’s litter as a gentlemanly act. Did it without anyone noticing him (I did). 5 stars a paragon of chivalry

Please get pool cover! Too many bugs in pool! Some rude staff but everything else is great still recommend. Please clean pool also if no pool cover.

What can I say what an amazing, fantastic gym.. immaculate, service amazing, staff are fantastic, .. Highly recommend... love coming here to work out ..

Awesome gym! Very clean facility with many different machines including a full big screen movie theater that you can watch movies while you're on your treadmill They also have a very nice out door lap pool

Worse gym Ive ever been. Filthy, broken down equipment. Xlnt Hoist row & free weights tho. Dirty spa&pool. Dave (mgr) is losing it.

The gym equipments are ok in this place however, the restrooms are a mess. Always dirty no toilet paper most of the time. The paper dispensers are out of order all over the place.

Horrible customer service. Their employees have no knowledge of memberships. I called this gym and they denied me access, and I called the La Miranda Golds Gym and they were much more knowledgeable and eager to help!

I originally thought the gym was very nice and the workers were super cool, until I got persuaded to signing up for personal training for 3 months, for 3 payments, which I actually really enjoyed. Then I find they auto-drafted a 4th payment of $376 without my consent and I've been calling them for 4 days now to try and get them to issue me my refund, and have been going in circles. They make it super easy to sign up and will take your money within minutes, but when you try to cancel they make it extremely difficult. They told me they would have a manager call me, and I've been nothing but lied to. Bottom line, BEWARE OF SIGNING UP WITH THEIR SERVICES!!, they will make it difficult later on.

I go regularly to this gym. They do not have the most basic requirement for a gym that is a electronic weighing machine. They have a old vernier calliper style weighing machine, but its impossible to read it to get exact measurement.I asked about the same to the front desk rep. He sent me to a trainer advisor who took a lot of time in pursuing me to buy personal training. I just told him that i just need a electronic weighing machine or some other means i can check my weight. He told me that there is a BMI machine, but he will have to book an appointment for that, he checked and no evening appointments were available for next week.I told him that its a very basic requirement to have a electronic weighing machine for a gym. His reply was that previous one broke and it costs to purchase new weighing machine. It sounded like if they are giving me the membership for free.
