Great local gym with a dedicated professor. Brought my daughter in for the summer and the environment was up to standard. Highly recommended kids program.

Great Jiu-jitsu school for juniors. Said is much more involved than other instructors I've seen. He is very flexible and works with each student to push them to be their best.

A few months in the children's class and my 8 year old son loves it. The teacher is very kind and very patient with the children, the environment It's very nice and I love seeing how he is learning discipline, becoming stronger and more confident about knowing how to defend himself.

My daughter started training here about 4 months ago. Jiu Jitsu soon became her favorite sport after coach Saeed started training her. I haven’t done any martial arts myself since I was a little kid, but at 45 I think I’m going to start doing some Jiu jitsu, as soon as I have some time

I stopped in during vacation to train at Neezam BJJ, and it was a great experience! I've been training BJJ for 5 years, and I was impressed with the school. Saeed is a very nice guy and promotes a family-like atmosphere and a clean environment. Everyone is training to get better while being very safe. Saeed is the real deal! Highly recommend.

Signed up for some exercise, got a friendly environment, learning great techniques. Coach here has so much knowledge of the sport and works with all of us to improve!There are classes accommodating for teens, adults, women and children.

I joined the gym 1 month ago and i love it. I hesitated for about 4 months i was timid and shy and then I finally joined and that was the best choice I made. I recommend starting as soon as possible, everyone is very chill and good vibe and professor saeed is very knowledgeable very patient and an amazing teacher. HIGHLY recommend
