The whole staff is great, especially the woman who works in the morning at the Planet Fitness Washtenaw location in Ypsilanti Mi. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If I have any questions about anything, I always go to her. The machines are kept clean, the place is quiet, which is great, and I enjoy the amenities, especially the hydromassage lounger.

I enjoy Everything about this gym. The employees are very professional. The whole faculty is large and clean while being well lit. With plenty of equipment. Large clean bathrooms with showers. I see employees cleaning while I am working out. So this place is very clean. I am a black card member and always use my black card benefits. All it needs is a sauna...lol.Also at my location there is a lady with short blonde hair that always wears a baseball hat and she is the BEST. Please give her a raise! She is professional, yet warm and very good at what she does. She does everything from keeping the gym clean, training new people and checking guests in. She was very nice about making sure my card was current and very understanding since I keep my card locked when not in use. Love this location.

The gym is ok except at 10 in the morning for about a hour they close amenities for black card members for cleaning. No other gym completely closes for black card members. Why pay extra when you can’t use it!!!!!!

I came in last week, an employee named Austin smiled at me and from there assisted me with tanning and hydo massage. Came back today, he was here and assisted me again. He's an asset to PF. Makes the experience personable and comfortable. Please acknowledge him. Good hire. Looking forward to more visits!!

I've been getting charged since August of 2021, when they reinstated membership after covid. Imagine my surprise when the staff told me I wasn't a member & refused to help in February 2023! When I called back & asked for a manager, they were extremely rude & condescending. Corporate was less than useless. Staff there suggested I call my bank. So I did, and my bank was happy to file a dispute with Planet Fitness and asked for the last two years of membership dues back. This location desperately needs New Management

Staff were misleading and unhelpful about cancelation policies and associated fees. Seemed like they just trying to get you out the door, and back into your pockets.

My first visit to setup a membership. The staff Robin and Jawan were helpful and wise. Looking forward to beginning my workouts.

I love planet fitness. I recently start going to this place with my teen boys. Great place! Great Staff! The only thing that I would highly appreciate it if they change it, is the content of the TVs. There are a lot of inappropriate things appearing on those TVs, that makes me and my kids uncomfortable. I wish if they can make it more family friendly.

Update to locker availability: Thanks for removing all the abandoned locks! I had no idea it was that many, must have filled a large garbage bag! I have to confess I was going to leave my lock so you saved me from losing it.Getting a full size locker in the locker-room is more difficult as users are leaving them on and not removing after use, which was was the previously enforced policy. It's clear those lockers are empty.

I was charged twice for an annual fee when I downgraded my membership. I was told it would take 6 weeks for a refund. I waited and had to call back, No refund yet. Systemic overcharge!
