I personally didn't have a problem with the gym before it was remolded, however the remodel was amazing and it's so much more spacious and better organized. I love how you can get a great upgraded gym and still pay the same $10/month for a regular membership.

Just about everything, would live a sauna, and have missed several massages due to no one at counter, and I give up waiting. Should have pin for Black Card Members so they don't have to wait, OR miss altogether. But like cleanliness and open 24 hrs.

***editing my review*** after renovations this gym is very nice. I will say I had an issue with a renovation man in the womans changing room...but the manager was on it.I wish the stretching area had a larger spot like belleville and their treadmills do not give the speed options belleville does. And yes other reviews mention staff ignoring those waiting even they look at you while waiting for a tanning room or massage and they're wanting to chat with each other....I am giving 4 stars because I have noticed a small but change that I think they're listening and becoming more aware. Other than that. Which are small.***old review***While I joined before remodeling...no one informed me of that which is upsetting I would have waited. Paying for a black card membership unusable is annoying. I work close and with kids I don't have the opportunity to venture all over to use other gyms...parking is too congested. Staff is great. Once all black card features are useable it's better. I do believe new members like myself should be credited due to no black card usage there

I love going here. It's generally clean, and the staff (all except one woman) are very friendly, nice, and helpful. The remodel is great, and I like the black card area. I always feel welcome.

I typically go on Mondays and Wednesdays eary evening. It's usually busy, but not so full you can't find machines/equipment to use. Black card members get access go hydro massage, tanning, massage chairs, and a full body IR machine I can't remember the name of. The machines are clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. There are changing facilities available and the staff are all friendly in my experience.

So far I’ve had a good experience at this gym. I was a member before the renovations and I disliked the gym a lot. Since the renovations there is a lot more space, nicer equipment, more equipment, and a larger stretching space (which is the most important to me). Everyone I’ve talked to has been nice and helpful, and they say bye a lot when I leave. I don’t need much for a gym besides a comfortable and enjoyable space to workout at the moment and this provides everything I need.

Not a bad place. Everything is always clean. I have never had an issue. I wish they had a bike rack out front. There is no safe place to park a bike if you ride to the gym. I even saw two young students trying to tie their bikes to a tree today. I wish that there was a safe place for that.Most of the staff are super nice, I wish that one would always stay at the desk or have the scanner posted on the counter so we could get in fast. I also wish it was more clear on how to sign up or get more information on the personal trainer on site.Overall not a bad place to work out. I’ve never had any problems other than waiting for machines or equipment that only have one on site.

The employees judge the most. Been going regularly for about 2 years now. The gym itself and equipment are new and nice. I'm very happy with cleanliness. I just don't want to be trolled by people that work there.

I am generally a big fan of planet fit and this location use to be one of the good ones. Sadly it has gone bad fast. Whom ever set up the cables has no idea what they are doing , the cross over polls are only 4 ft from each other . My biggest problem is the cleanliness . I understand that during winter the entrance becomes a mess fast and is hard to maintain but the entire gym is filthy. their is no clean up regimen being followed here. please get your act together .

I went here for years and I enjoyed it most of the time. It's super cheap, and they have good equipment for the price. You don't get a lot of amenities, but again, you're not going to any other gym for even close to their membership rate. Staff is friendly and it was always clean inside.
