I was very scared to go to any gym alone, and my first day I had to go with my dad for the same reason. But everybody is just in their world and that makes me comfortable, the gym is not crowded and that makes it better. The second day I went alone because of how comfortable I was, everything is clean and ready. Now I really like going to the gym

The “Go-To” exercise place when temperatures are too harsh outdoors to exercise. I participate November through March, then cancel membership until cold cycle again.

Awesome gym!!! Manager is super cool and super nice!!! Clean! Workout here all the time.

Was charged the full yearly membership fee even though the gym had been closed for 5 months! They prorated the month they closed but somehow didn’t think it was also appropriate to prorate the yearly fee due to the gym being closed for nearly 50% of the year. Definitely disappointed. I moved and the nearest PF is 30-45 minutes from me so it’s not practical for me to keep the membership. I might have considered keeping the membership for when I visit friends, but after this I feel like they kinda stole from me.

My Young Karen experience. I brought a guest there last night and was yelled at by a staff member. My guest was oriental, female, age 65 and disabled along with my self being disabled from a car accident. We were being yelled at because we were filling out the wavier form sitting at a table social distancing from the entrance where there was other customers talking with staff, instead of stand next to the main entrance where people were coming in at also. She was behind the counter than came all the way round the counter to where we were sitting to yell at us some more. The Young lady had the vaines on her neck popping out. She was even threatening me and my guest to throw us out. This is not a very good way to show off the club nor provide a good experience for the customers. I am seriously considering to cancel my membership and go to crunch fitness a block away. If they have the hydro tables there I will. I will post the video of when I started recording when I realized this lady was going to continue to harass us and be a immature nuisance. This girl continued to want to escalate the situation when we were using de-escalation tactics.

Canceling is a complete pain. You have to go in to your 'home' gym or mail in a letter that could take who knows how long. Not sure why you cant take my name and phone number to cancel.. They are not flexible and don't work with you on pro-rating your payments based on cancellation. Seems like they are scraping for every dollar they can. Highly recommend looking somewhere else!!!!!!Edit: I was accidently charged for an additional month after my cancellation (not the extra month discussed). I ended up getting the club manager on the phone who absolutely changed my opinion on this place. He was so nice and easy to work with. He was not rude and not defensive at all. Makes me feel like I may have caught someone on a bad day in the previous post before. Awesome experience with him. Bumping up to 4 stars.

The staff, managers and members are all extremely nice! Place is normally kept clean and they have plenty of machines always available for use. Thanks for such a great experience, Planet Fitness!

I started going here to keep up with my exercises after completing physical therapy. The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful the entire way. Nick helped me build a workout program tailored to my needs and Ashleigh guided me through the gym and explained how everything worked. They're both great people and if you need help at all they're happy to oblige.Cleanliness is extremely important in a setting like this and I have zero complaints with this gym. Everytime I come in the staff is always cleaning. I've never seen anything here that was dirty for more than a few seconds it seems like, before someone is along to take care of it.

I called this morning to inquire about a membership. I haven't visited this gym yet, but I received such excellent customer service over the phone through ANNABELLE that I an signing up for sure. You could literally hear her smiling through the phone.ASHLEIGH have me the tour and sold me completely. You guys should do EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO KEEP HER! She's Hilarious and AMAZING with clients!
