The trainers at Thrive Training Facility have changed my life. When I made the decision “something had to be done”, I was overweight (by 40 lbs), extremely out of shape, and desperate. I felt trapped in my own body and like there was nothing I could do to get back on track. I was ashamed and embarrassed. The thing that made me come in was reading other reviews that talked about how kind the trainers are here and what a safe space the gym is for people like me - completely inexperienced with strength training and very unfit.I work with Josie and Alexus, both of whom are EXCELLENT at what they do - true professionals and honestly fun to be around and talk to (which helps those killer sets go by in a flash). Alexus has also worked with me on nutrition and macro meal planning, which has really helped me re-learn to eat for fuel for my body, which I respect so much more now. I have never trained with Amir but he learned my name day one and always says hello and compliments my hard work. Everyone is so nice and non-judgmental… please don’t hesitate to come here out of worry you ‘won’t fit in or aren’t athletic enough’.I have been SO happy with my progress, but what is truly amazing is that this team worked with me around my very difficult schedule and helped me to improve my fitness without injury, despite me coming in overweight and unexercised for two years. High quality personal training is an investment and you can rest assured your money is well spent with the crew at Thrive.Don’t wait to change your life. We have brought our competitive team , coaches and myself here for years and it has been absolutely amazing. I continue to train with Alexis because drive is not a given, many times, I need to be driven. I am in the best shape I can be in. I am stronger, faster and sharper than many of my counter parts. More importantly, I have purpose. It’s important to be relevant. This is where one can truly thrive.

Alexus is a phenomenal trainer! She has helped me gain muscle definition all over my body. I’m especially impressed with her ability to target and grow glutes. Aside from supporting my fitness goals, Alexus knows about nutrition and she really cares about her clients. I’ve trained at Thrive off and on for years. I always find my way back because the best personal trainers are at Thrive Fitness!

Working with Amir has been nothing short of an awesome experience. As a strength coach he prioritizes mobility and functionality over just getting you bigger and stronger without a solid foundation in place. Many strength coaches and personal trainers often have the wrong priorities which sadly leads to injuries or greater susceptibility to them and your workouts start taking more from you than the benefit they should be giving you. This is something you never have to worry about working with Amir at Thrive! He gives tailored instructions and specific cues for your individual needs that will get you bigger stronger and faster all while improving your mobility and flexibility so that you are building your body on a great foundation and ultimately creating a body that is durable and resistant to injuries.

Exceptional personal training and excellent environment. Josie is a great trainer, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. .She is very focused. She gives me different exercises every time and ensures I do every exercise correctly and with a good posture. It has been a significant transformation for me. From getting dizzy and nauseous after 15 mins the first few weeks, I can now finish my workout without any problem; I feel much healthier and stronger. She also gave me some exercises to do at home, which helped me to ease the neck and shoulder pain I developed by working 10+ with computers. Highly recommend Thrive and highly recommend Josie.

15 Years removed from high school sports, college and the cubicle life had taken its toll on my fitness. I'd become an avid runner, however wasn't consistently in the weight room for over a decade.Like most things in life, if you want the best results, hire a professional! If you want to get through a workout that is balanced and get's you passed the little voice in your head that says "I can do this tomorrow" or "I really don't feel like doing legs today", this is the gym for you!As far as working w/ the different trainers, all 3 are amazing! Amir - Alexus & Josie are top notch, and will over deliver whatever you have been used to with personal training in the past.If you are on the fence, somethings to consider:1.) What better investment is there, than your physical health?2.) If you are looking for "cheap", then you'll get cheap results3.) No matter your fitness level, they will craft a plan for you4.) This will be the cleanest gym you've ever been to5.) It's a personal training gym, so you don't have a crowd of people working out6.) You get to meet Bella & Flex7.) Set up your assessment, commit to 3 months and decide for yourself if this is the place for you!

Alexus is a great trainer. Keeps each session different from the next, always changing it up which is what I appreciate. She works around my injuries as well. A clean and welcoming facility. Love working out at Thrive!
