Disappointed with the my 5 year P/L warranty we purchased for our treadmill. Waited 7 weeks for a service tech to arrive and diagnose the speed issue, another 5 1/2 months for the parts to arrive. I notified the service contractor that we received the parts however another 5 weeks have past and still waiting for them to return the call, still dealing with the issue after 8 1/2 months

Just left the worst experience with a salesperson. I took my rower there to sell gave me $180 for a mint condition $900 machine listed on there website as sale price. Salesperson was nothing but negativity. He made me want to slit my wrists when I left. Couldn’t wait to leave. Shall never return.
