I hate working out. I never go to a gym. I bought an elliptical at Walmart and never used it. Kent Hackbarth sold me a treadmill and a seated elliptical, and I use them almost every day. He spent a lot of time with me. I tried all the equipment in the store. And we found something that worked for me. Was it cheap? No. Was it good equipment? Absolutely. I'm very pleased with my experience with them. They are a huge help to someone who is new to working out.

Bought a machine at a Home and Garden show and was told they would refer us to someone that would set it up for us. Sent an email and left a voicemail message to our sales person Rocco L, to get no response from either. I was able to find someone on my own. Feel as though they just want the sale and don't care about customer service or follow up. My first and last experience with Johnson Fitness.

Jimmie and Alex did a fantastic job delivering my treadmill. They were careful when bringing it in and removing the old one. Jimmie also gave me a quick overview of how the treadmill works.
