I'm a member here and Everytime I go, it's always be 2 or 3 tall, healthy guys, who happen to work there, sitting on the counters, texting on the phones. No greetings, No thank you, no cleaning . Just getting an easy paycheck....

I barely spent a month in this gym and only 3 times have I attended, to use their equipment and it turns out that in my bank account they already charged me for the second month and in the past another 20 dollars more than they say is the annual service of the facilities, this is from I felt badly cheated because they didn't tell me anything when I signed up for that institution, I only have one month, that should be paid by people who have already been using the equipment for a year and not by new people, it's a robbery, this is missing to give cancel this registration

The general manager, CJ at this location is disrespectful and combative. I will never return back. He ruined my workout experience. I left without exercising because of that General Manager. He needs to be fired.

CAN YOU BELIVE THIS PLACE IS STILL CHARGING ME AFTER MY REVIEW 16 MONTHS AGO ABOUT THEM REFUSING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!! I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER THE GM OF THIS PLACE REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALL STATING HIS SHIFT WAS OVER!!! SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS UNDER K.D.GRICE, COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE CANCELED THIS MEMBERSHIP. APPARENTLY THE EMPLOYEES KNOW OF THIS UNLAWFUL PRACTICE AT THIS PARTICULAR PLANET FITNESS. THIS PARTICULAR PLANET FITNESS PRACTICES FRAUDELENT ACTIVITY TILL THE POINT I HAD TO HAVE MY BANK BLOCK THEM FROM CHARGING ME!!!!

I went to their location physically and cancelled my membership more than 2 years ago but they didn't stop charging me. When I asked about it they said they can't do anything about it. Worst customer service ever.

Everyone is courteous, and the front desk are always nice, it's also always clean and I rarely have to wait for free weights as it tends to be less busy than other locations.

CJ is awesome and so is the rest of the team!!! They welcome me and encourage my workouts! I love this place! It is clean and well maintained and I feel safe going at any time !

My son was in there last week around 10pm. He is a type 1 diabetic and was off by himself in the stretching area. Anyway, an employee must have been watching him via camera and approached him and asked him to stire his back in a locker. He responded with I am a diabetic, and this bag is my medical bag. It contained insulin pens, snacks, and emergency aids for highs and lows. She repeated asking him to put in a locker. He asked if she would like to see what’s in the bag, and she responded “put the bag up please”. It’s been hard enough dealing with this deadly disease without having to deal with this kind of ignorance. Planet Fitness needs to have exceptions for permanent medical conditions.

I’m here at 7:00am 9 July 2022 the gym still not open it’s 7:22 and passing never seen nothing like this. This planet fitness I see does t value patrons at all. Needs lots of work. Want visit again when I come this direction.

I would not recommend going to the gym at all. I came to the gym around a month ago. I used to go every now and then with my friend. this last time I came I went to lockers. I put my backpack in there and put a lock on it. after half an hour of working out, I received a fraud notification message from my bank saying that my card was being used at Walmart. Walmart close to this gym. I went back to my locker and the backpack wasn't there they broke the lock and stoled my stuff. I went to the front desk and they told me that this has been happening and they haven't been able to catch the person. My wallet, my car keys, IDs and so many things were in that backpack. people should really consider opting out of this gym.
