Friendly staff. Clean. But like most PFs, the size of their $23 black card section seems unnecessarily big. And while the gym areas are often quite spacious, it seems that someone could design additional elements to either the higher paying member section or the standard section. No planet fitness has a sauna or steam room. With all that space, it seems like a win-win move.

The lady said she was the manager, I didn’t believe her. She was beyond rude. I asked simple question on how to cancel my membership. She tell me to read the policy and when I asked where it’s located. Can you believe she said she does even know to search on google. And when I asked can I speak to someone else she said she’s the only person there. In all just don’t join save yourself the hassle!!! The people at this location are very unprofessional makes you not even want to join!!!

I like how high quality an experience this location is. I forgot a lock for my locker, but I was able to walk next door and get one easily. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with any questions I have. Also, the equipment is in great shape, so I feel comfortable taking my time navigating the floor to find what will work for me, especially thanks to the app’s demo function. I definitely recommend this location if you stay in this area, because it’s spacious enough that no matter what time you come, there’s still a lot of equipment you can use. I never feel unsafe or uncomfortable here even as a tiny 100lb lady.

I feel comfortable at this Planet Fitness. They have all the equipment I need. My favorite machine is the stair climber. It's not too far from my house (8.2 miles/16 minutes away). The staff is always friendly and willing to help if needed. Due to COVID-19, this is the cleanest I've seen this location, especially the men's bathroom... which is an improvement.

This the best gym I went to by far for the all of the plannet fitness, clean, well up to par with the pandemic sanitation, friendly n helpful staff, because of this I think I am going to stay in atl permanently, the manager lady with the short hair do know her stuff, over all I would give this gym a 50 star lol, I am definitely transferring my membership to this location

Are usually work out in the locations in Texas but I’m glad that they have a location in Atlanta to it was a great clean safe environment I really like it and I will come back for sure

Stay away from this dirty hostile location it ain't worth your money nor your time. I was denied service even after I provided them with a letter from my Stone Mountain location showing it was under renovation. The letter indicated ten locations that I was allowed to use. Rude Alexsandria didn't wanna listen nor read the letter instead yelled at me to leave the premise and called the Police on me. The next day my membership was cancelled. I talked to several members outside the gym and I was shocked to find out that this location disrespects, intimidates and even over bills the unsuspecting clients. Again you have been warned, STAY AWAY from these filthy scammers.

I hope the communication would be a two way street from management and patrons....but it seems they randomly do things.....Mopping floor 30minutes before they close so you slip if you are walking in is a common occurrence.....if you close then you mop after 7.....common sense....if you can't afford to pay staff then reduce the hours open....I know the owner is from Massachusetts but still customer service should not be pushing you out at 6:45 because they want to lock up at 7:10....maybe this is why your locations has HIGH TURN OVER RATIO ....treat STAFF well and treat PATRONS with courtesy...

I transferred my membership to this location. The Staff is Friendly and Courteous. April already knows my name and greets me when I arrive. The Staff works hard at keeping the place clean and sanitized.

They are crooks at the planet fitness. Someone opened a membership under my name and when I sent them proof that it wasn’t my signature the GM said well signatures change. He was rude and he knows what he is doing is wrong. Do Not Go to this place they will steal your information and charge you. Completely unprofessional!
