Jurell, at the front desk is really great. He just started working the night shift. I am so impressed by how sincere and couteous he is when I visit. He really cares about people and has a good heart. I hope he is recognized and thanked for the way he treats the customers.

Ridiculously Cold. Very uncomfortable to do cardio with the temperature at 70 and the HUGE fan on top of you blowing at high speed. Addressed the problem with the management and even the Atlanta regional rep. Wasted my time. They lack customer service skills. They only claimed that the fans are set at that speed for circulation (which I understand), but there are always ways to correct the problem. Management have said that other people have also brought this issue, but they can't figure how to fix it.

Best planet fitness I have been in! Clean, polite staff and very well layed out with mirrors where you want and need them.

I've been coming here for about a year now and what I've noticed is this places for newbies and people who don't know how to work out the staff is very rude the restrooms are very dirty and they use women to clean the men's restroom and the people are supposed to train you are are all out of shape this GYM is not for a person who likes to ride their bicycle or jump rope or use the ab wheel because it's considered outside equipment I'm a United States Army veteran and I believe all Gym should be created equal have the right for you to use whatever equipment you need to use The machines that they have there will hurt you and will not benefit u . am going to go to a real gym that appreciates people who like to work outand the new staff at planet out of shape ultimately rude.there is only one worker that is on top of every thing that I've known and her name is Melissa and she needs recognition for that thank you. DONT GET the BLACK card it not worth it this GYM should be at the bottom of the barrel two thumbs down👎🏼👎🏼

I must say after reading through the reviews in here that the owner of Planet Fitness obviously cares about his customers and employees a whole lot. One review stood out to me the most that was only posted 3 months ago about the parking lot being too dark at night. Well, they have definitely fixed that problem. To see what I'm talking about just look at the photos that I submitted for this location. They seem to have a tendency to speak for themselves. LOL!

The environment feels cramped and dim compared to the Smyrna Planet Fitness location we used to go to before we moved. There isn't a good open area for body-weight exercises; the aerobics room there is dark and small. The clientele is rude and disrespectful to my wife (she gets hit on every time she goes) and the parking lot is dark. If you're a guy looking for a place to work out and don't care about the vibe or having an open area, it's fine. If you're a gal, I'd honestly recommend staying away - my wife does not feel comfortable or safe there.

I have been a member here for about a year or so. I have read mixed reviews about Planet Fitness but I am very satisfied. I work in the morning before work so it is way less crowded. There are the same people working out every morning and they staff is pretty consistent as well. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Tanning equipment is great. My only complaint is some times the cleaning falls by the wayside and it looks unkempt. Other than that this place has done wonders for me and my journey to a healthier me.

I have been a member for a couple of years and I'm glad to say I will no longer be going to this gym. Bathrooms are dirty and always out of order. Equipment is dirty as well. Bad parking situation. Limited weight selection. I understand you get what you pay for with the inexpensive membership, but this gym is far below the standard Planet Fitness.Last but definitely not least, there is a staff issue at this location. I had issues with my account because of incompetent staff and I'm now having to pay for it. The lack of communication between employees and management is also baffling. Was told a fee could be waived because it was their fault by a naive employee and had that contradicted by a disinterested, rude manager.Because of this experience, I will probably never join a PF again. If you join, I would advise to do so at a another location.

I really liked how spread out the gym is. The staff was nice and the people in the gym had very pleasant attitudes for the most part. There was sort of a foul smell in the locker room, but I am sure they can fix that. I am looking forward to going to this gym again.
