My only bad situation happened today around 1 P.M. A young male was sitting on this exercise machine for over 25 minutes. This older gentleman kept waiting but finally ask the gentleman in a polite way if he was almost done. The young man snapped back and said no and continued using his phone. Then a staff member came over and after listening to the older gentleman's concern he told him that he couldn't do anything because the machines didn't have a time restriction even if he was just sitting and using his phone. To top it off as the young man was leaving the staff member gave him a fist pump for his inconsiderate behavior. CRH, RET USN

The Team at this location lead by CJ, do a great job of greeting members each day as we enter the facility. The few times I've reported a repair of equipment or needed their assistance with a membership issue they've been quick to address it. Good Job Guys.

The only location I actually feel at home . This is veryyyyyy clean the staff is so nice and willingly to answer any questions. I always feel welcomed when the girl with the Red dreads smile and welcome me coming and leaving . Shes always busy wiping something down . Her attitude is so perfect. Wish I knew her name

pretty good gym, although kinda small. I wish the benches in the womens locker room connected to the lockers like at other planet fitness gyms.really glad they finally got some new strength equipment, it was dangerous how flimsy the benches were.the staff is always kind. frankly, they stay out of the way. they say hi and bye and that's all you need at the gym. appreciate that and them.

Planet fitness is always a great experience everytime I visit friendly staff and I have all the machines that I want to workout on I can't say anything but good things about this establishment stop in and get a great workout going you will see what I mean

Location is good and the gym is clean. For some reason you can’t use a jumprope. Very odd as it’s just another form of cardio and plenty of open space. That’s my only complaint though.

Horrible customer service. I came in to open an account and spoke to the supposed manager and she was by far the worst representative I have ever spoken to in any company. When I told her she was disrespectful she laughed demeaningly and said no she wasn't. I asked to speak to the manager and she again laughed deminingly and said that she was the manager. I have no idea how anyone thought that it was a good idea to have her represent them much less make her a manager. I asked another employee what the manager's name was to submit a complaint and she just shrugged saying she didn't want to get involved because it was her manager and literally refused to give me her name.

Open full swing. Masks required to get in. Plenty of sanitary practices. Best bang for the buck. This one is open 24/5 (closes Friday evening so most week nights are 24hrs). Great massage beds, showers, tanning beds too. #summerready

This location does not meet PF standards!! I’ve been twice now and both times the weight area was an absolute mess. Weights scattered all over and you literally have to hunt all over the gym for what you need.In addition there were countless people using equipment 10 kinds of wrong, like leg pressing on the assisted dip wrong, and not a lunk alarm to be heard!I count on PF being a place that’s clean and well ordered where the staff actually enforce the rules. This location is not typical of my usual PF experience.
