I travel all over Atlanta, but this location has always been my favorite. The manager, Carl is wonderful. He really cares about the members and made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door.

It's always very clean and the staff is always friendly and available to assist. I also like that its diverse- culturally, age and fitness level. Seeing staff and patrons from many walks of life in all stages of their fitness journeys is very encouraging and inspiring to see, and has greatly contributed to my desire to keep my membership with this location. I like the mix of machines, there are so many that it's easy to find something to get my cardio workout if what I wanted initially isn't available. I honestly love this location; I have gone to a couple others around the city and in the suburbs but this is my favorite.

Alexsandria is extremely RUDE. As long as incompetent Mike is the regional manager don't expect the poor customer service to improve. Reminds me of the Whitehouse chaos, unless the rot at the top is FIRED the staff will continue to disrespect the members. I worked out of the Stone Mountain location since it was opened about six years ago. In April it was closed for a ten day renovation. The management gave me a letter to workout at ten locations. My first day at the Fiesta plaza was an unpleasant experience. I presented my card to one of the girls at the counter. She scanned it and I proceeded to the equipments. She called me back and asked for $5. I told her I was from Stone Mountain location. She insisted that I pay. I asked for the manager. Alexsandria introduced herself as the manager. I was shocked because she witnessed the harassment without doing anything. She checked my card and informed the girls that I was right about using the gym. She gave me back my card without apologizing. As I was leaving the counter, I told them to double check their information next time in order not to embarrass members. Alexsandria came after me yelling and ordered me to get out of the gym. I asked her why. She boasted being the boss and her word was final. I refused to leave and she called the police. I waited for a while and then got my phone from the car. I returned and started recording her while she was uttering offensive words. I decided to leave after the police failed to show up.koo I went to workout at the Chamblee Tucker Rd location. The counter guy told me my membership was cancelled. I told him I was from the Stone Mountain location. He let me use without any problems. The next morning I received an email saying I was cancelled because of foul language. I was shocked. I called the the corporate office to complain. Then Mike, the regional manager called to hear my side of the story. He called back after three days saying the cancellation was right. I was speechless and upset that Mike believed Alexsandria's lies. Then I checked the social media and googled the reviews on Fiesta plaza. I found a lot of complaints against Alexsandria. Even her co-workers apologized for her behavior. She's manipulative and a hater. Planet fitness is actually planet harassment. It discriminates against the Spanish immigrants in that neighborhood. Planet hate must be shut down. Members also complained about the fraud in membership fees. Boycott planet fraudster. I got video of Alexsandria harassing and abusing me. A lawsuit is coming. I'm also organizing a demonstration across the gym. Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere.

This gym is a disparately poor quality gym in comparison to PF gyms in other areas. They have old equipment, a lot of it is broken or not functioning properly, and the gym appears to have no aspirations to repair it. One bench connected to the workout machine came loose from the ground and instead of repairing it they just removed the whole entire bench and do not look like they will be replacing it. This limits usability of the equipment. Additionally, there is a lack of attachments to the equipment such as the ropes, so if someone is using the only one in the entire gym, it’ll be 15 minutes until you can use it. The staff seems to care little about anything other than leaning against the desk or smoking pot at night when I assume management is gone. Additionally, one employee used the information available to them in their database to obtain my personal phone number and texted me to solicit nude pictures and (I think) a date. They were fired, but nonetheless this is the kind of nonsense that this Pf exposes you to. Cheers!

Decided to stop by the club On Wednesday Nov 14,2018 to figure out why I have two memberships under my name and close one down. They told me I had to pay a fee to close one down, asked to speak to a manager. The manager didn’t greet me just came up there the person working the front told her the situation she didn’t say anything to me just said she has to pay, print out her contract. While she proceeds to go back and wrap herself around a blanket and sit back down, next to the GM. So I asked the person at the Front who has higher than the manager he told me the GM which is sitting down next to her. I told him give me contract and left. Don’t ever want to go back to this club if that’s the time of management they have running the club. Would like to speak personally with somebody from hr or somebody higher than the manager and GM from the club.Thank you,

Grest workout place for even the old! They have weights as low as 10 pounds, machines for inner and outer thighs and walking machines that ho slow! I'm 65 and feel much better! They have a room for s 30 minute workout but you are your own boss and can go at ypur own pace! Love it, and it's affordable, at $10 a month. They also have a massage chair for after your workout!

I think this is a fine PF location. Before i joined I had read all of the negative reviews, but decided to give it a shot anyways because of price and convenience of it's location. Most negative reviews mentioned the staff and the cleanliness. The employees all seem to be on the young side, but I have found them to be friendly. I have not found cleanliness to be a problem, but I also do not use the showers. In general, neither of these factors have been a detractor or prevented me from getting q good workout. There are lots of cardio and cable type strength training machines. Probably sufficient selection of dumbbells. My 1 complaint would be that there are only 4 squat racks and no bench press benches. So when the squat racks are going to be used by anyone that is trying to do squats, bench press, deadlifts, shrugs, etc. 4 racks is not enough given the size of think space. I think that that is more of a criticism of Planet Fitness in general, not this location specifically.

Went for the first time this morning. The club is a decent size facility and everything was very clean. Since the facility in part of a strip mall there is ample park. Employee David was super cool and he made it easy to transfer my info making this my new home base. Looking forward to going back.

Great location. The front clerk -Jennifer OMG so helpful !! She deserves more recognition. She was diligent and caring. Also, she is always working out here as well. She epitomizes the athleticism quintessential to an average patrons goal.

Its a gym if you need a gym. If your into a nice gym with soap in the showers, and actually clean bathrooms. The floor in the locker area is just weirdly sticky, and the showers dont seem to be cleaned regularly. Also, they do not have soap in the showers so bring your own.
