Simple and effective, that's how I describe Planet Fitness gyms. Modern, clean and functional equipment (are you listening LA Fitness?). Never crowded and no judgements. Just a good gym experience. The Black Card let's you use any gym, and the Spa, which had massage chairs, sunbeds and other pleasant amenities. I would highly recommend...❤️

Place is good size. Also clean. However their cardio equipment is horrible. Rather than the industry standard LifeFitness or Cybex they have opted for some off label brand called “Matrix”. The elliptical machines are so unstable, they rock back and forth during use. #dobetter #notreturning

Very clean, friendly environment. The work out equipment is modern. The app makes it enjoyable to sihn up for things too.

I went to go sign up two different times and the monthly cost changed from $10 to $11 and overall seemed a little unsettling to the conscious consumer. I have now signed up (had to give them my checking account and debit card number. You can't use a credit card). It can get very busy sometimes though and you have to wait to use a machine so it would be nice if there were more. Overall, it seems good.

Very pleasant environment. People working out there are serious about staying healthy. There are people of all nationalities, backgrounds, cultures, and sizes working out to make their bodies better and healthier. Staff are helpful and keep Planet Fitness clean and well stocked with paper towel rolls and sanitizer. I have most of my family going there and working on 3 more. Thank you :) Vangie

One of the main reasons I left the gym was because there was no trainer, as had been promised initially. Additionally, connecting to the wifi was always a hassle, and I had to wait for several minutes to connect my phone every single day.

Although it gets crowded at times. This is a good place to workout at. I tend to go to different ones anyway cause of some of the machines.

I've been paying to this home P.F. since you opened in Puyallup. You need to go back to 24 hours. What are your plans? In the last month, I've waited in the parking lot twice for the gym to open on time at 4am (Monday to Thursday), and had to leave after waiting for 15 minutes when the staff failed to show. Are you going back to 24 hours? Do I need to change to another home gym by quitting Puyallup?

Hours changed no more 24hrs. Lots of equipment. Guys at the desk nice and helpful. Tanning and massage in one place. No complants other then hours.
