The weekend evening staff has always managed to offend me, every time, I've gone in there... 1st one, I thought about signing up. 2nd interaction with them. I was so offended, I'm going to Communicate my concerns to their new manager, that starts 1st thing in the morning. My 1st interaction I felt pressured. In a way that, I did not like. 2nd interaction I was offended and away that, I, really, did, not! Like. By the way the bathrooms, are dirty. Human fluids all and substances all over the toilets. AS OF 8/23: Planet Fitness is NOT enforcing the mandatory masking for ALL patrons regardless of vax status. Great job at creating a wholly UNSAFE environment for your patrons. Will be cancelling today as soon as I arrive. I really love how the wifi was addressed, but not really. But the mask mandate? Nothing. You guys don't protect your customers, you just want their money.Old folk not wiping down their equipment I'd at an all time high, along with not wearing their masks. Disgusting.Let me make this clear for you: there's no confusing surrounding check in. You're just making it as difficult as possible for users to be able to check in without the app, and it's disgusting business practice. And there wouldn't be issues with the wifi if your employee handled it when it was mentioned, a week ago. That being said, you need some quality control on employee training because some of yours have really nasty attitudes for no reason.Yikes. 4 days into using this location and I think it will be my last. The app is trash but is the only way to get in right now. Why, you ask? Because they won't give out key tags because it isn't "contactless" simply because they would be the one touching the key card before handing it to myself. Yet hundreds of people touching the same piece of equipment everyday isn't an issue?Lets talk about some other issues. 2 managers were behind the counter when this exchange started. Rather than stepping in to deal with the situation, they walked into the back to let the desk girl deal with it. She handled it terribly. Her excuse for the app not working was that their tin roof blocks service so we have to use the wifi. That would be great, if the freaking wifi was working! I told her this and she said my only other option was to load the app and screenshot it at home. Was such an unhelpful answer I considered canceling right there on the spot. This is the 2nd time I've left Planrt Fitness due to horrible customer service.Zero wifi. Zero customer service.

I went in to join and the guy at the front desk said that he was new and didn't know how to do memberships. He asked if I could come in the following morning. When I came in the next morning, I was told that the special ended last night and I'd be signing up at full price. When I explained to the girl what happened the night before she was rude and said that was yesterday. I just left... very rude young lady.

Large Gym, Veteran Front parking wifi works, o ly issue is tht the parking lot has weird, loud ppl come out at night fall time [believe this because of the $1 Tree & Loose Wheel Bar & Grill next door) other than tht PLEASE clean ur lockerrooms +bathrooms & yall will be [squared] away. & give ur Mili.Vet Sign some TL C..🧐 U know covid wasn't tht long ago.

I stopped off at this gym. I walked in there and I said, can I pay a one time fee, just to use the gym. I needed to exercise some stress out. Honestly, some of the equipment look like they could use a scrub down between the crevices. I wanted to see what amenities they offered. They had some massage chairs. The guy said at the front desk that I could use one of them. He would come back and let me use it. He forgot about me. And to be perfectly honest the gym experience was forgettable. There was nothing exceptional about the equipment. Staff seemed more interested in pain attention to their private conversations. Then actually doing any work. It's a cheap gym it shows. I couldn't recommend, this gym to any of my fitness Instructors, And dancers. Or body builder friends. However, If you're flirting with the idea of getting fit. This might be ideal for you. Just get some instructional videos off the Internet. So you don't injure yourself. It's not a horrible gym. It's not an amazing gym. It's just adequate. Staff could be better. Management could use this opportunity. To instruct their employees. Try to give the person that's using it, for one day a reason to come back. It was an opportunity lost. I could have been a potential client. But, there was nothing endearing about this gym for me to want to come back. And fitnesses been a huge part of my life. And always will continue to be.

I just dropped my membership due to harassment. One of the staff personnel conducting maintenance at the facility Maria, under a regular conversation asked me for my phone number. Since, our conversation was a regular social short conversation I decided to share my phone number with her with the only purpose of future possible business on the sanitary field. After a while Maria texted me in a flirtatious way. I immediately told her that I was married and not interested on dating. The woman was very insisting with phone calls and texting regularly. I had to let my wife know of the situation and also I blocked her contact number. My wife called her in order to stop the situation and warned her to call Planet Fitness management to let them know of her behavior. The maintenance worker Maria, got concerned about the situation and talked to a new Planet Fitness manager named Aidan Rosembal. Mr. Rosembal, protecting the reputation of the business, called me and asked me to stop talking to her employee Maria. I explained to him the true situation and he still believed his employee. I asked him to drop my membership since I was not interested anymore assisting the facility. I called the corporate headquarters to establish a complaint about harassment. Both Planet Fitness and the corporate headquarters ignored my situation. I will never patronize Planet Fitness again. I believe the company is corrupted, arrogant, executed a poor judgment on handling this situation, encourage, retain and protect wicked employees, hide facts, manipulate documents and operate under an atmosphere of wickedness and poor core values. Be aware of being harassed by any of their staff members because you will be ignored and treated without any respect.

Virginia and Elijah were amazing !! They’re here most evenings I come to work out and they’re always so kind. Totally love seeing them here, I highly recommend evening / night (10pm ish) is when it’s not too busy.

Just started going here about a month ago (I have a gym membership through health insurance, so can't speak to Planet Fitness' cost or billing practices). Overall, really good. The equipment seems in very good shape, and everything seemed very clean. Sanitizer was available at all the cleaning stations, as well as paper towels. Some of the lockers are broken, the hasps are really bent so they can't be used. But it's not a big deal to me anyway, lots of usable lockers. Only real downside for me was very few people are wearing masks, but I realize some people might not feel it's necessary if you can spread out a lot in a gym.
