I’ve been to this location several times this month and every time the men’s showers are just DISGUSTING like not even wiped down once. It’s not even a 24 hour facility so no excuses. There’s 5 employees right now just twiddling their thumbs on the phones. If I was the general manager I would be livid. Look at the cameras. Workers just riding the clock not doing anything to make the place look better. Manager should be ashamed. You should have a closer that checks every employees work at night to make sure nothing is missed. Surprised the manger still has a job here considering how long it’s looked like this. It’s Saturday @ 12 I’ve attached pictures to show. And this isn’t just in one shower, this came from 3 of them. Do better.

It's on my way to work. I like to workout before work. That means a 4 to5 am workout. They hire great people. They're always in a cheerful mood no matter how early.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and the facility is always spotless. Couldn't ask for a better place to workout!

Highly recommend teaching the new guy “Rook” how to treat customers and tell time. Came in at 9:40pm when they closed at 10pm to tan. Proceeded to tell us he was just about to tell everyone to leave? Tanning takes 5min.We would have been done at 9:45pm and the gym closes at 10pm. Dude started raising his voice at me and my girlfriend.Been coming here 6yrs, kinda wild to be treated like that by a new guy when everyone else is so nice.

99% of the time it is always clean. Stagg is friendly and helpful.

I cannot come work out anymore because your guys changed the hours. Before I used to come after when I finish work but now I cannot anymore. I hope your guys going back like before to same hour.

I'm always waiting to use equipment I can't get a good workout in and I think it's due to them cutting back on their hours I'm not happy at all with them now. They need to have two butterfly machines and they need to have two preacher curl machines. They have a ton of treadmill machines which the hardly ever used most of them are not even being used that are by the machines you'd think they'd get rid of a lot of those treadmill machines and put more machines in that people use like a butterfly machine or a preacher curl machine they're not very efficient at all on the equipment that they put in there they need to look and see which machines are getting used I go in there often enough and I see things that could be different take out some of the bicycle machines that are up front that people have a lot of those that aren't being used so that's a wasted space take those machines and get a couple more butterfly machines I see people use that all the time and the preacher curl machine as well people are waiting to use those machines because there's only one of each but you have a ton of these treadmills and all these other machines that don't get used as much I'm not happy with Planet Fitness at all anymore because they cut back on their hours as well

Hours cut, gym got more members. Equipment was generally clean. There never was any service or Wi-Fi available which was extremely annoying. Ended up going to NW fitness and couldn’t be happier. They actually give you food plans, keep up with you and your goals, and you get a free workout and weigh in with a trainer every month.

They are just pushing you to get membership. I got very disappointed with the front desk behavior.I had a one day pass issued for Puyallup WA location to visit inside but they didn't even accept that and asked me to pay $20 just to see inside.LA fitness offers 3 days free pass!
