Great gym, very clean. However, the music is so loud we blow our eardrums out listening to our own music. EVERYONE has their own earbuds. Turn the music DOWN.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not go here. Horrible management and ownership. Gym is extremely dirty, especially the locker rooms. Mold growing in showers.

Can you ever tell when someone doesn't wanna be there and doesn't necessarily want to be helpful because you've irritated them for no apparent reason? That was Kelly. It said on her name tag that she's a lead. I wasn't unkind, just frustrated that they make it so difficult to cancel. Then, she promised a phone call to help straighten out my situation and it never came. That only made me more frustrated. Anyway, find a smaller gym and support them instead. The company isn't nearly as accomodating as they used to be.

Everyone is so awesome and friendly there! Super helpful and knowledgeable. The club is always clean and well-stocked. I worked in the industry for several years and know how rare that is.

Club cut back on hours, no longer open 24/7 and closing at 10pm. With a decrease in hours, the logical move to make would be to discount the fees that are charged based on a member signing up for the 24/7 convenience.

It's great GYM . It's everything there for you to try ...Nice & very very clean facility all service staff are friendly & feels welcome right @ door when i come in . I'm talking about Plannet fitness on River road in Puyallup & other in Milton . I love these places .

First time I went the showers were smelling from the locker room so i did not use them. I thought it must have been an accident. The second time I went the showers were clean but the water was cold so I guess in order to not have to clean them they lowered the temperature of the water so people won't use them... That's just poor management . Otherwise it's alright.

I'm dropping pounds and I enjoy the place. Just go in and do your thing.

Went to cancel my account as I moved out of state they wouldn’t unless I came inside to cancel it or I could mail them a letter not even fax them a letter. They never received my letter so they charged me another month finally flying out there that following month I came in a day after they charged me, they would not refund me and would not give me the general managers number or email address to contact instead you have to leave your information for them to contact you and of course it’s been seven days. I still haven’t heard anything. This was very frustrating. I will say I didn’t come to this location when I did work out. I went to the one in Milton. I always paid my bill on time for three years that I have had it and this is how I got treated.

I love everything about PF! Cleanliness, friendly staff who always greet you and say have a good workout. The hours and multiple locations is a huge plus too, and can’t beat the price. I also like that I can tan anytime and the hydro massage beds are so relaxing after a good workout!
