I love that I can come to the gym at anytime during the day or night and there is always a staff member on duty. Gyms are clean and plenty of machine’s available to use. Overall excellent experience.

Came in tonight to use the hydro-bed's. One of them wasn't working. The hydro-bed seemed to break down quite often. I tried, the massage chair, to night. And it, messed up! My lower back. Not to mention, when I went to go use the restroom. It was disgusting! As I was walking by one of the stair climbers. I was noticing that the steps were cracked. Then when I went to leave. I was accosted in the parking lot, by drunk person driving a truck. This location is not safe. I don't feel safe going in there. I wouldn't want my family or friends to even use this facility. I'm finally done!

I go at night so my insight anytime before 10 pm is lacking.The gym is extremely clean, the employees are polite (and seem sometimes goofy, in a good way of course🤣), and the equipment at this time is usually always open since it isn't that busy.I have to throw in there that the extra money to have the Black Card membership is worth it, I can't get enough of the hydro/massage chairs and the Red Light Therapy is a must. 👍

been a member for years, honestly never had an issue with the staff. they have always been nice and kind. my issue is with billing. i was being feed an extra $15 on top of my monthly memberships for months. the company is irresponsible by not providing direct contacts to their billing departments, the club locations shouldn't be responsible for this like they make them. the club could only saw my regular membership fees when i went in. get a real billing department for us to call or make it much easier to access. i cancelled my membership. do better for your staff and members.

I actually went to this gym to cancel my membership for a health reason which unfortunately was at a planet fitness in Spokane valley. The gentleman that assisted me, Greg, was just great! He was kind and professional and called over to Spokane valley and got everything taken care of for me. The gym itself looked very clean and people were social distancing. Overall a nice looking gym

I joined the Puyallup location early December 2021. One of the best gyms I’ve been to. Getting back into training is never easy but this place made it feel that way. The staff is super friendly, always helpful and on top of keeping it clean. The Black Card membership is one of the BEST investments in myself I’ve made in a long time!

I'm on the hunt for a local planet fitness that has active cooling and air flow and sadly this one isnt it. There is one in university place that's always a little chilly and a gym should be, not stale warm air. The red light machine also had bulbs burned out and the parking lot was littered with glass.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable workout atmosphere. The other club members and the majority of staff are professional, courteous and friendly with the exception of one recent negative encounter. Specifically, Kayla and Dawson have been standouts in terms of delivering remarkable professionalism and overall excellent service as staff members throughout my experience as a PF black card member! There is additionally a broad variety of exercise equipment available even when the building is highly populated. Overall, I would recommend becoming a regular member at the Planet Fitness Puyallup location.

03/25/2022Fairly clean. Staff is exceptional. Showers are hot and have those rainfall type shower heads. This is an older location so hydro beds and chairs may or may not be working. They get them back up and running by next day. Large parking lot with a few bobtails and stealthers (I see you lol). View of Mt. Rainier on a clear day. Dollar Tree and Auto Zone next door for anything you might need in a pinch. Also a drive thru coffee hut. There are several restaurants in the strip mall. But bad reviews of the restaurants have kept me from trying them. The Puyallup river is right behind the strip mall. Some people park back there to smoke or take lunch.

New cardio equipment...bummer!! Out with the good life fitness equipment and in with the cheap Matrix stuff. Looks pretty but very uncomfortable (super tiny seats) and feels cheap and not durable. Plus they got rid of the best machines. 200 different colored elliptical machines but no arch trainers. Upon closer look it seems they have a contract with a new company. Might be time to start looking again.
