I've been attending this gym for about 4 months now and really enjoy it. I have the cheapest membership and am a little disappointed in the weekend hours but generally I have no issues getting in during business hours. My one complaint is that there isn't much room for floor work, but people are usually aware of others and are good to share

This gym is a good place to work out, but I am appalled by their customer service. Their contracts are vaguely worded and then they will do absolutely everything, including insisting there are things in the contract that aren’t, to keep your money. They charged me for an entire year of service even though I came to cancel on the day it was meant to renew and claimed the contract said I had to cancel by a certain date, when it didn’t say that at all (it mentions a certain date for monthly payments, not annual fees). After asking for a refund I was told the owner would be in contact with me in the next week. After a month of not hearing anything, I finally called and was told someone would call me back. Instead I got an email (not from the owner) telling me I wouldn’t receive a refund. Through a series of emails it was proved to me that the management doesn’t actually care one bit and are just after as much money as they can squeeze from you, even when it violates their own contract. I understand it’s a business but geez. I don’t want to pay for an entire year of a service I am not going to use.Unfortunately it is now too late to contest the charge, so I hope they enjoy the $40 they took from me. I will never attend this gym again and I will never recommend it.And, through all of this, I never actually talked to the owner. They never called (or if they did, they didn’t leave a voicemail). Disgusting customer service. What a joke.

Thrive is the best gym I've ever been to. I have been to gyms with many pros and some cons, but I honestly can't find a con with this place. The employees are very friendly, and go out of their way to interact positively with all members (and their kids.) The best part of this place might be the kids' area. It is not just a holding area. It is more of a destination. There are slides and climbing structures like a McDonald's play place, as well as other things to do like Legos and books. All the regular caretakers are fantastic in their own ways. Some are more strict, but honestly, all are there to keep kids safe and happy. The equipment is clean and if there are any out of order they are fixed within a few days. The bathroom is IMMACULATE. The prices are fine. You can pay very little to use the gym in its basic form (no classes or after hours access) or you can ramp up your membership. Prices are fair for sure. There is a sense of community, from the photos of the t-ball teams sponsored by Thrive to the yearly New Years Resolutions signed and personalized by members and staff. There is tanning, which I honestly couldn't care less about, but some people probably like that. You have to pay extra or get a higher end membership for classes, but honestly that's okay with me. I like that the place is so clean and friendly. It's a perfect gym in my opinion. Shout out to Claire and (I hope I"m getting her name right) Dona. They are so nice to my kids, who are not always the best behaved.

The facilities are great! They are always clean, both in the gym and in the locker rooms. There is never a wait for equipment except in the free weight area, but no big deal. The hours are good and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. This is the first gym I’ve ever belonged to that I love getting up and going to. I’m seeing great results after only 3 months. Love it!!
