Gem of a gym! Bailee is an amazing PT! Not only does she have tons of knowledge and experience, she is also a fantastic teacher. My form has never looked so good [: And not only is she very motivating to push, she also cheers me on and points out my progress and accomplishments. What’s more, unlike my experience with PT’s in the past, I am actually learning the things that will help me put together my own workouts. And honestly, I can’t believe how fast I am whipping into shape! Thanks Bailee!!!

I have worked with many trainers over the years and Dave Stogsdill is hands down the best! He has accommodated my injuries and identified doable exercises that strengthen as well as improve my mobility and balance. I'm doing exercises that I wasn't able to do when I first started and thought weren't possible given my injuries and he's also helped me identify ways to alleviate pain. Can't recommend him enough!

Bailee is a great trainer. She is thorough, encouraging, and her positive attitude is infectious and makes my workout *almost* enjoyable. Definitely one of the best trainers I’ve ever had.

I have only great things to say about Austin Simply Fit and specifically my trainer Vilita! The vibe in the gym is always chill and friendly, and V has been a delight to work with. She is so warm and supportive and has tailored our workouts to help me reach my specific goals. Our sessions are super challenging but I always look forward to them. Thanks to her, I have never felt more confident in my own strength and skills!

This place is amazing. I’ve trained with Beckie for several years and if I can do it, anyone can. I came in not knowing the first thing about weight training, form and she was the most patient and positive coach. She pushes me but without feeling pushy. I’ve sent several of my friends to austin simply fit. It’s one of the highlights of my week although I will always be grumpy about working out. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and help you reach your goals. Beckie always makes it fun and has very creative (and tough) workouts planned each week. I love being able to show up and the 30min workout will kick your butt. She always asks how we are feeling and adapts the workouts. I can’t say enough good things about Beckie and the austin simply fit family, so give them a try!

As someone who has worked with personal trainers all over the world - I think this little gym is without a doubt fantastic - I have never had such a enthusiastic - fun- supportive coach - and in 1/2 hour got a better workout than Ive ever gotten in most hour long sessions!! I highly recommend this gym and all of the trainers !!!!

I was a client of Austin Simply Fit for approximately 5 months, training twice weekly with Nicky T. Nicky was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently cognizant of my recent injuries that I was trying to rebuild strength after. If I haven’t moved out of state, I would have continued as a client. I highly recommend Nicky and Austin Simply Fit!
