I started seeing Vilita twice a week after my workout routine was interrupted during COVID and I was having trouble motivating to get back in the gym.She did an amazing job of keeping the workouts challenging and rotated them every couple of weeks so that I never got bored with what we were doing.Would highly recommend both Austin Simply Fit and Vilita to anyone looking for a great workout with professional trainers who take the time to get know you’re strengths and weaknesses and help you develop!

I signed up to train with John Cioffredi at Austin Simply Fit near the beginning of April, and I’ve never made a better decision. I have dealt with multiple health setbacks over the last few years, but specifically some very difficult and unexpected ones within the last 6 months and I became overwhelmed. I knew I needed more guidance with my health struggles.When it came to physical fitness, I wanted to find a source that could help navigate me through knowledge, understanding, and the ability to hold myself accountable in reaching my goals. I was nervous about a small gym being the type of environment I would feel comfortable in, the level of support I would receive, and the kind of care a trainer would provide me when I began my search.Austin Simply Fit has been exactly what I was searching for, and so is my trainer John. I truly feel supported, understood, motivated, listened to, and empowered in the short time I’ve been training at the S. Lamar location. Everyone makes you feel welcome, I arrive excited, and I’m already seeing results in more ways than losing weight - John has been able to show me the spectrum of improvements I’ve made beyond that. My endurance is what has surprised me most, and it’s an amazing feeling both inside the gym and outside during daily life.John is extremely knowledgable, creative in his customized workouts, and made me feel instantly comfortable across the board. He is encouraging, motivating, empathetic, and thorough in his education to ensure you’re training properly. I've gone to Austin Simply Fit for 10 personal training sessions so far and recently bought 10 more. This gym and their trainers could not provide a better experience for someone looking to get back into exercising—or really for anyone wanting a personal, one-on-one training experience for any fitness goals. Good environment, awesome staff and I'm already seeing great results.

I have had the pleasure of training with Beckie Lough at Austin Simply Fit and have benefitted immensely from her knowledge, coaching, and support. Beckie helped me build confidence with strength training and creates fun programs that keeps the training engaging and fun. I feel stronger and more confident because of my work with Beckie and her awesome approach to strength training. This is a great gym and Beckie is a top-notch trainer.

I've been training with Dave Stogsdill for the past month. I went from buying two sessions to see how I like it to buying 10. Dave was very attentive to my goals and understood where I was at when it came to my experience exercising (which was none at all). Dave was able to easily teach me the correct form on several different exercises as well as tell me the why behind it. Thanks to Dave's patience and know how I have gone from loathing working out to looking forward to it. Cannot recommend them enough!

I've worked with Nicky for months now. He's been a wonderful trainer and a wonderful person to work with. He's never gotten mad at me, even when I didn't do what he asked me to. He guided me towards my goals, and moved at my speed and was always checking in with me to make sure he wasn't pushing me too hard. Highly recommend working with him and Austin Simply Fit. They've helped me feel confident as I head off to boot camp. Thanks y'all!

Nicky has been the absolute best trainer to work with! He is so kind, encouraging and supportive with any and everyone’s fitness journey. I initially had 20 sessions with him and without hesitation, I signed up for another 20 sessions. I was nervous first starting out but he instantly put me at ease and has made it a fun, challenging and comforting experience for me! Highly recommend.

I’ve been training at Austin Simply Fit for a couple of weeks now and have nothing but good things to say! My trainer, David, makes me looks forward to my workouts and is extremely encouraging. He motivates me to get in a couple more reps and I can feel myself getting stronger and stronger each week!I highly recommend David as well as Austin Simply Fit if you are trying to hit your fitness goals.

I've been training with Nicholas Murillo Deluz at Austin Simply Fit for a couple weeks now and am already starting to feel the benefits!I'm not new to working out but new to strength training so I needed assistance in understanding to move effectively and safely. Nick really understood my goals and is always prepared with a training plan. He's extremely supportive and knows exactly the right time to push or pull back a little. For the first time in a while, I actually look forward to working out.The gym itself is really clean and I appreciate that there aren't too many people there at the same time so you can really focus on the session.

I recently changed over to Simply Fit on South Lamar because it fit my schedule better. I am the type of person who needs a trainer that can explain the rationale behind my workout, and how it relates to my goals. I’ve never been more satisfied from that perspective than when I have worked with John. John listened intently to my goals and my past exercise experience (several years of mixed results) and has integrated those into a workout regimen that has put me on the path I want to be on. He encourages me when I have trouble getting motivated, and I can tell he is invested in my success. I think his best skill as a trainer is meeting me where I’m at on any given day. Whether you’re new to the gym or not, I’m certain John would be able to help you meet your goals!
