Austin Simply Fit is great if you are looking for a more attentive trainer. This gym is more personal and focused on your development than any Gold’s or 24 Hour. The trainers are great at what they do. I have worked with Melissa for the past 6 months and working with her is something I really look forward to each week. I was able to meet my goals for my wedding last year and decided to keep working with her afterwards just because I enjoyed it so much.

I would highly recommend that anyone looking to improve their health and fitness stop by and speak with Amanda. As a lifelong athlete I went in looking for a trainer to help me 'shake things up' in my routine, as I'd been doing the same thing in the gym for 5 years and needed a change. Working with her has been awesome, and she's shown me areas of strength and weakness that I didn't know about myself. The facility has everything you need, the trainers have a wealth of knowledge, and I feel really safe in this controlled environment. I will always be an advocate for Simply Fit but ESPECIALLY during covid this is an ideal gym option.

I have been working out twice weekly with Melissa since last August and the results are astonishing. Melissa’s training has vastly improved my overall strength and stamina, while also protecting me from injury. The gym is incredibly welcoming for all shapes and sizes, the training sessions are challenging and time efficient and I genuinely enjoying partnering with Melissa to achieve my fitness goals. As someone who has literally NEVER stuck with a workout plan, this is well worth the investment in your health and well-being.

This is a great place with awesome personal trainers. If you want to make a difference in your fitness goals and spend only 30 minutes a session this is the place! I have seen Beckie for a couple of years and I love her encouragement and support. They have all kinds of trainers to to fit your fitness goals and personality. Beckie pushes me and checks in on me so it is a really personal touch that keeps me accountable! I even got my husband going 1x a week and he can’t deny the benefits!

Austin Simply Fit is simply the best place to train and achieve your fitness goals in Austin. I’ve worked with almost every trainer there over the last year - Beckie, Amanda, John, Chelsea, Melissa, Sean. They are among the best trainers in Austin. The training is customized, the equipment is top-notch and the environment is friendly and welcoming. What I like most is the personalized training plan with each trainer and their encouraging and supportive spirit. Their daily encouragement has been a huge source of strength for me and I’m very grateful for that.

I have been doing personal training with Amanda Bode for 2 months. The results started showing after a few weeks. Amanda took time to fully understand my goals, fitness history and how I was looking to measure success.Amanda clearly takes time to prepare each session and make sure it is varied and tailored to me. I have been really impressed how the intensity has gradually increased - it is in a measured, considered way that pushes me but Amanda seems to understand where my limits are better than I do.I used to get bored going to the gym but I look forward to these sessions. I would strongly recommend Amanda for personal training - she is super knowledgeable and ensures exercises are done correctly. She also takes time to advise on diet which I find very helpful. In addition, Amanda is a really cool person. Basically she is the best!

I started training with Chelsea Futterman last year and I am so happy with my entire experience at Austin Simply Fit. I workout with Chelsea twice a week and each session is challenging, intense, and, most importantly, she makes it fun. I accomplish more in 30 minutes here than I would spending hours on my own at the gym. Instead of dreading going to the gym, I look forward to each session and can definitely see results. Each trainer has years of experience, they ensure that workouts are specifically targeted to your individual goals, and they help keep you injury free. I highly recommend Austin Simply Fit and Chelsea!

I started going to Austin Simply Fit in September of this year. I did my research and interviewed several gyms. Not only did I like this facility, but I also liked the business model and overall atmosphere. I was assigned a trainer based on my goals and who, personality wise, I might fit with best. It was made clear that if I wasn't happy after a few sessions I could move to a different trainer, no questions asked. I never made that request however. Amanda Bode is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with, and there have been many. She not only listened to what my goals were, but worked with me to put together a well thought out, comprehensive plan based around the physical restrictions I came with. I have progressed faster toward my goals than I initially set out to, and that, in large part, is because of Amanda.

My wife and I have been going to Austin Simply Fit for a little over a month and we love it! The workouts fit perfectly into our busy schedules. We're in and out in 30 minutes but the workouts are still intense!The people are great, it's not like any gym I've ever been to before. Everyone is encouraging and friendly, especially to the beginners like us. It feels more like a community than a gym.We train with Sean and he's done an incredible job of making us comfortable with the movements and challenging us even more every session. He knows what our goals are and he makes us feel like we're making progress every time we come in for a workout.If you're looking for a trainer who is invested in your success and genuinely wants to see you better yourself, this is the place to find one!

I've been training with John at Austin Simply Fit since July 2014. I have to say that he is one of the best trainers I have had. Not only does he listen to what my physical goals are and understands what workouts I need to help me achieve them but he also helps and guides me to make better decisions for faster and more noticeable results. He has always been patient but pushes me to always get better. Definitely keeps me accountable, which is key! The environment at this gym is positive and fun. All the trainers are knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend anyone with a fitness goal to check this gym out as I can testify that if you follow these trainers' guidance, you will see positive results!
