Still sad at change of management and the going away of all swimming pools and hot tubs. About 20% of guests wearing masks today

My son and I toured a few gyms before joining. This was definitely the friendliest and most helpful - thanks to Jacob!

It's a no frills gym. Just the right balance of machines and weights. It's perfect for what I need and expect from Golds Gym.

Not sure who hired the guy at night (with long hair and a beard on the night shift) .. ive never seen anyone so confident about not knowing anything about where he works.. I was told to come between 2and 4 to another day to have my questions answered after he shrugged his shoulders and told me he has no idea what I’m talking about.. .. not to mention how rude this dude is, why is he employed?? To stand around and tell people to come back later?

Don't sign up with Gold's Gym during COVID. They still charged people during mandatory lockdowns, and they refused to let me pause my membership because I'm high risk and couldn't come back in person. Not only that, but customer service never responded to my 7 SEVEN emails and FIFTEEN calls. Finally, they agreed to cancel my contract, and it appeared that the ordeal was over. Then, I got a letter from a debt collection agency from Gold's, for fees they never disclosed in their last email to me. Do not sign up with them. They are an absolutely terrible company.

I joined this gym to access a variety of fitness classes and discovered within a week that the classes weren’t good. When I went in to cancel my membership after a week they said I would have to pay another entire month three weeks from now despite their “no contract” advertising and now I’m out $90 for a week of bad fitness classes. Don’t recommend.

I've been going to gold's for 5 years now and this club refused to let me in because of some billing error on their part. I had even notified them multiple times about them not having the correct card on file and they seemed to have updated it every time only for them to later realize that it hadn't been updated. There was no manager at the time and the front desk staff was extremely rude. Surprising how an international brand doesn't have proper training for their customer facing end.
